Been trying that chat room but I can't get it to work on my computer. I get an error message. Followed Rebecca's email to uninstall and reinstall but if I press the "enter the conference room” button I have to do this process all over again. I was on a road to nowhere. (I have that song in my head by The Cars.)

Yup. The news is that the whole system is about to be replaced. (Long, not-very-interesting story.) So hang on to your hats and headsets, and we'll be up and running again shortly. PLUS, we'll have some scheduled get-togethers for the summer months. (It's summer HERE anyway!)
