Hi, my name is Laura and I live in North Carolina. This Friday (June 28) is my last day at work and I am changing my career. I have been a certified Alexander Technique teacher for almost 10 years, and have been mainly supporting myself as a computer programmer. My programming job has brought me much financial prosperity; however, my heart is in teaching. I just love to work with people and watch them find their ease and freedom!

So... I am on a journey to do what makes my heart sing, and I know that as I do what feels best, my vibration will be VERY attractive to abundance!!

I wish everybody here all the happiness and prosperity that they desire!!!!!

Laura

P.S. Thank you, Ilanalydia, for mentioning AT on these boards. It really gave me a lift to see your post!

Laura--

You're most welcome. I think it all comes from one source. One wisdom, one god. It's just the outer trappings which are different.

May I ask, what drew you into Alexander Technique? Are you a performer? Healer? Someone with a medical background? It draws many types of people . . .

Hi Ilana,

I discovered AT when I was in music school (oboe performance). After I got my degree I was so impressed by AT that I went to Philadelphia to train. I love it because it so clearly links the physical and spiritual - and the idea of the primary pattern that supports all of us when we get out of the way and allow it to, is just fascinating to me. It's a very clear example of how the universe is there to support us when we figure out how to allow in our well-being..... and I get such a kick out of watching people discover their freedom!! Anyway, I really liked your post.

How about you? How did you discover it?
