I recently learned this: I thought I wanted a different house. I realized that my current home that we only bought 4 yrs ago is the home I want. It was and IS everything we were looking for! What I TRULY want is this house to be paid for. No mortgage...free and clear. That is what I want to work on...any suggestions?

You might focus on being grateful for the home that you live in including being grateful for the mortgage. Without that mortgage you might not be in that home that you love! Be grateful for everything that you have and for everything that is coming to you!

Don't think about the loan other than making sure that you do make the payments. I would focus on being the person that you want to be - the loan will take care of it's self! When ever you have some extra money send in some extra towards the principle.
