Hey! I'm a newbie! Actually I posted a mesage a few days ago but for some reason it didn't show up.

I am on LL4 already. This is a great program so far. Really getting me to thinking.

The more you get into SOGR, the more it gets into you. And when THAT happens, watch out world!

Do the 'fast-read' to give yourself an overview. Then come back and take out the magnifying glass (heck, even the microscope - this is a SCIENCE after all) and give this stuff a careful and thorough going over.

I'm doing just that now. My routine is that I'm taking a chapter a week and reading it three times a day - morning, afternoon, and OUT LOUD in the evening just before bedtime.

I read slowly for comprehension and really try to understand the text at the deepest levels.

Another thing that works well for me is to share as much as I'm learning with others. This forum provides a 'Safe Haven' to do just that.

You may find that your enthusiasm for this 'new-found' passion may not be welcome with your family and close friends, especially if they are not of the same mindset.

There are some absolutely brilliant people on this forum. Reading and POSTING here frequently will bring SOGR to life for you.
