One of my goals that I had set since starting on SOGR is to buy a group of restaurants for which I used to work little over two years ago. Yesterday, out of the blue, I got some information that led me to believe that they may be in trouble, so I did some quick checking around and found that they have shrunk from 28 to 14 operating units. They have shut down the stores that were not profitable, two of which I know were at one point profitable, because I used to manage them.

I am doing some more research to find out what to offer for the remaining units. I have worked in Restaurant Industry for over 20 years and know how to make them profitable. I also have a core group of people that think on the same plane and can put together a team for a quick turn around, 12 to 18 months. I am looking to put together a team of investors (or finding a single investor). I would say the total package would be around a Million USD. Venture Capital or Equity Holding are both workable situations. If you know anyone that would be a good candidate, please let me know. Thank You all for your support and well wishes. Things are progressing and I will keep you posted on the progress. I am planning on meeting with two members of my team that I am putting together after Christmas to further evaluate the opp and spell out everyone's expectations.
