Hi Linda,
Welcome to the course and to these forums! I think that if you let it be easy you won't need to concern yourself about being brave, that will be automatic. As Rebecca says just relax into the course, there is no time limit, this is not a race, the more relaxed your are the more you will grow; and the braver you will become!
