I am Sam. I am new to his forum and to the course, although I read the book awhile back. I came here to find a little help getting past my ungrateful attitude toward my own race. My work takes me to the dark side of humanity and I'm afraid over the years I've become jaded. My ideal answer is to have the means and resources to get out of this trap, move to a secluded area up in the Kootenay Mountain Range and spend the rest of my life devoted to the critters. I am likely the most challenged person in this course. I am aware that my lack of gratitude is a direct obstacle in my path to what I want... finding a way past it will be the challenge of my life. But I'm ready Smile

Sam

Hi Sam. I agree with Tom. Here, there in body, makes no difference. What you can give will make a difference. I applaud you for your sentiments. Be however in the moment now and be well in spirit before you take on your journey rather than during. That way you will be powerful within yourself. Good luck. You are a special person.

Pete
Good luck, enjoy the journey and live in the moment.

Hi Sam,

I consider myself to be a citizen of the world and have traveled to many parts of the world and have members of my family from many parts of the world!

From what you tell us I agree that you need to be developing your gratitude!

Also that Wally tells us that we need to start where we are now in the certain way! Remember that where ever we are we are there! If you head for hills you will still be there! As Rebecca and others telling us "Change your thoughts and change your life"!

Be good to yourself, live life passionately and always, always expect success!! I don't know how long I will live, but I'll live until I die!!
