I found SOGR about two months ago and read it straight through that night - I was dumbfounded! Even my first reading made me realize the complete truth of what Mr. Wattles says. I was one of those people who accomplished a lot through sheer force of will - I considered myself someone who could 'make it happen' and I did. I owned a lot of property, I was highly paid and I had a very good net worth. Then starting about 3 years ago I found out the truth of the statement "riches gained on the competitive plane are never satisfactory or permanent" they are "yours today and another's tomorrow" - Despite my success gained on the competitive plane I was very unhappy and in addition I have found out that others can take it all away from you. I went through a highly litigated divorce and lost big b/c my ex had a better attorney, then I when that was over I realized the property I had left - which I'd come into the marriage with - I had to defend from complete strangers (I was successful in that thank goodness). I could go into detail but it's all almost too weird for words and if I hadn't lived through it myself I'd never have believed it. Anyway - I have learned the hard way that anything gained on the competitive plane is temporary at best and can be taken by others at any time. I am so happy and grateful to now be a citizen of another kingdom and to start living my life on the creative plane! More to all and less to none!

It makes a lot of sense. I've been following a program where a lot of Millionaires and Multi Millionaires are going to jail because of this "Competitive way of life" everyone wants to out do the other. Program call "The American
Greed. Now this is a; different type of competition, isn't it?
