I became a new member of the Practical Geniuses Course as of December 21, 2009. However, I have known about Rebecca Fine and Mr. Wattles Book since the summer of 2001. I had read the book and studied Rebecca's site thoroughly.

Up 'til then, I was a stay at home mom and was just beginning to get back into dance intruction (hula) on a real part, part time basis. Raising two step sons and 3 children of my own, a daughter and 2 more sons. My husband was a musician and work was not always steady.

My daughter was accepted to a prestigious private school in Hawaii and I wasn't sure how we were going to be able to pay for it. I only read about 2/3 of the book and took action. It changed my entire life.

In August of 2001, I was asked to conduct a seminar on hula in Japan and a teacher from Japan asked me to hold hula workshops for her students after the seminar. From both venues, I was holding $9000 in my hands in cash!!! I was so grateful I cried. This was the most money I had made in one transaction. I was so humbled by the experience.

I went home to Hawaii and as soon as I got off the plane, I took my daughter to buy her school uniforms worth $400. I made sure that I made money orders to cover all of our household expenses for the next four months.

How could the universe have known that 9/11 would change our world and yet our family was secure financially at least for 4 months? Grateful? Absolutely.

I stayed true to the teachings and in January of 2002, I began one of the most lucrative career of my life, teaching hula in Japan all the way to present.

We once lived in a 2 bedroom apartment, all 7 of us. Today, we own a 6 bedroom two-story home close to the famous Waikiki. Our trips used to be to the outer islands, now it's traveling to Europe, the orient, the mainland.

Why am I taking the course you may ask? Since that time, almost 10 years ago, I read and reread the book. I know it works and I witnessed Rebecca launch this course. I did not take it because I was experiencing so much success and couldn't jutify the time.

However, I know I will never learn enough unless I continue to learn more and more. I did things on faith and purpose back then, but now I need to step it up once more and have a better understanding and acquire more success.

Thanks Rebecca for just being and I also thank God, the universe, the Creator for allowing me the privilege to have read and listen to the audio of the Science of Getting Rich.

I am loving every minute of going through this course.

Hi I love your post thankyou for sharing that it works. I am in the process of making it work for me. I love the way you said you did things on faith and purpose. I will take that on board in a more meaningful way because of this post thank you. I have the CD in my car and only listen to that and I never get tired of it, I actually look for reasons to drive just to hear it.

It took me about a year after I read the book before taking the course. Prior to that I had read many other books on abundance by authors who are still my heros, many of those books echoed the principles of SOGR. I found that SOGR the book by Wally was the simplest and direct route to abundance that I had read! Although I understood SOGR after reading the book I didn't really "Get It" until after taking Rebecca's Practical Genious course!

Things have really taken off, whenever I ask for more I get it; and I realize that I still haven't asked for enough!

I really enjoy reading stories like yours. SOGR has been in my life and working for me since April 2005. I get inspired when I hear of people who practise the SOGR principles, have success and then do the course.

Many new SOGR students would ask why you need to do the course after already experiencing success. I say, "Why Not?" It shows the strength of belief you have in SOGR. I hope to hear more from you Donna. I expect that with your experience, you will have much to share with us.

Hi everybody. I am Ed and I just started the course. I am excited and really feel hopeful that now I have the chance to improve myself. I am a retired Postal Mailcarrier and really worked hard my entire life. And now I have to still work because my retirement is not enough to survive. I
have been reading the book and with the course I have a better understanding. But with you guys I will be in a better position for success. My innermost gratitude to God that "ALL" of these is
