Welcome and glad you got started on the course. As I mentioned in other posts, I've been studying self-help material for decades now and I thought SOGR was going to be another 'breeze-through' where I might pick up another nugget or two and quickly move on.

Was I in for a really neat surprise!

In only one week I noticed such a tremendous change that I had to put the brakes on and RE-commit to taking this course more slowly and MUCH MORE SERIOUSLY. I would encourage you and everyone else reading this post to do the same.
