Hey there!

As many readers here already know, I've been traveling (mostly outside my own country) since the beginning of the year, often in places where the internet connection is, well, let's just say it's different from what I'm used to!

I had planned to send you the March edition of The Certain Way today, now that I'm in a place with a good high-speed connection, but I want to let you know it's going to be delayed until next week when we'll have a combined March/April edition.

That's because my long-time friend and Customer Delight Specialist, Aletha in Dallas, is helping a family member in her final hours and so I would like for her not to be bombarded with the usual amount of email that comes in after an ezine goes out. (Don't get me wrong: We LOVE getting the messages. But for the next several days at least it will be better to keep them to the minimum.)

If you're a fan of the ezine, I know you'll understand. And if, like MANY readers, you're also a fan of Aletha, you may want to hold a good thought for her now.
