A "Between-Issues" Update is in your inbox with a link to a six-minute video that totally cracked me up.

I saw it as the perfect answer to the question so often asked in this forum: How do I get rid of all my negative thinking?

See if you think it's as funny as I did -- and, yes, I'm just KIDDING about it being the answer to the question. On the other hand ... hey, if it WORKS for you ...

If you didn't get the Update, first check your spam filters (USUALLY the glitch). If that's all ok, go to the Contact Page and let Aletha, our Customer Delight Specialist, know you need a hand with it.

(BTW, I've noticed that if a LOT of people are trying to watch at the same time, the video may do that jerky, stop-start thing. Best thing to do in that case is try again later, especially with THIS video because the timing of it is a big part of the fun and it needs to flow smoothly.)
