In beginning LL 16, I just had a revelation about gratitude.

The lists Rebecca describes in the beginning are for clarifying and ordering what we want next in life.

Expressing gratitude is how we KEEP what we already love about our lives! Imagine if we only focused on new good things and LOST all that we already have?

That's why gratitude is so crucial.

On to complete the life lab.....

Love and blessings,
Rachel

I've now finished LL16. Wow, that was fun!

I seem to have 2 major categories of wishes: things that nurture me, and things that challenge me. In the past, I have put a lot more focus on things that challenge me. Recently I have recognized the value of nurturing.

I think I will love re-reading these lists. They are highly "feel good," but leave lots of room for the how.

Again, a great, great exercise!

You know, I'm going through these life labs very, very slowly. I just love practicing what I've learned and posting on the forums everyday. I don't feel the need to do a life lab every day, or even every week. I do one when I feel that I've exhausted what I already know, and am ready to learn something new.

What's really great is that I can keep doing that for the rest of my life because there are so many recommended books and courses related to this one!

Love and blessings,
Rachel

That's how I did it too Rachel. I am ready to start over, but I've been trying to catch up with myself this Summer. So, next week, kids start school, I start over. Big Grin

I LOVE studying at my own pace. This course is so great because I learned what I most needed very early -- for me it was that success should be fun and easy. Cool

As I moved through the course, I waited until I wanted to do the next one. It was always enlightening and super fun!

Eventually, I noticed a HUGE issue that really needed a powerful emotional release. I was grateful to have been introduced to EFT and Breath Release; but for this one, I needed to go deeper. I was VERY grateful to Rebecca for recommending The Work of Byron Katie. It helped a LOT. I did a two week detour to explore and alleviate this particular issue.

Now I'm finally ready to return to the course -- renewed, wiser and slightly saner. Smile This is by far the best way I've ever done a course of study! LOVE IT!

I'm glad to see your sunny posts. It's good to be back!

Love and blessings,
Rachel
