Hey all

Defining my desires and wants proved to be a bit of an anti climax for me after labs 12 and 13. But still, a couple of incidences came to mind for me after reading the LL14 posts by Abdul and Rachel.

Up till a few days ago, the thought of owning my own helicopter to fly wherever and whenever I wanted was occasionally in the back of my mind. Yet it didn't even make it on to my list of desires. I know that it wasn't the ostenstacious aspect of it that helped me relinquish that want, even though it would have been fun. It was more the thought that it would have been a novelty thing that would have worn off quite quickly (just another thing to worry about). So that was a pretty easy throw-away for me.

I have also mentioned briefly in a previous post, an article about a Mercedes Benz CL 600, that I cut out of the local Daily newspaper and put up on my wall in 2007. Well, that sun bleached faded picture of my beautiful Mercedes Benz didn't score a 10...9...or even an 8. In fact it didn't even make it on to my list of desires.

How come!!!

Well, long story short, as I thought over and over about how beautiful that car looked, I said to myself, "yeah... its'beautiful, but would you look beautiful in it". Alas, I came to the conclusion that it was more conducive to the exquisite elderly gentleman "look", and while I may be an exquisite gentleman, I am certainly not elderly.

So that was another throwaway.

Everything I put on my desires list, scored a 10 and no less. The new house, relationships, travel, money and a couple of long term projects that are regularly in my thoughts. There are other desires as well but I didn't put them here, as I didn't feel they were a priority for me just yet. But I will certainly get around to them, unless they become more throwaways.

So, after writing all of this and remembering how I started this post, LL14 really did open up my thinking surrounding my desires and wants. Cool!!!

Oh BTW, I also scored a 10 for a brand new 2010 Manhart-Racing-BMW-M3-E92!!!

Anaru. This LL WAS it!!! You call it anti climax, I'm not even sure how best to describe it. I am still digesting it and enjoying myself as the whole science of getting rich is now clearer to me.

Hi Anaru, I could not get to the net for a while and getting back here ... wow ... I see some major breakthroughs reading your posts! I like the tone and content of what you're writing about and as it sounds upbeat to me, so does it to the Universal delivery service! I will also comment on this lifelab, cool thing it was. I hoped for something smaller but you can not hyde the truth from yourself so ... yeah, asking largely is what it's going to take and becoming LARGE, GREAT, RICH, AWESOME, INVINCIBLE just the same! Hmmm...when you hoped for something smaller, I expect it was for something that you really desired and not because of any limiting beliefs. After all, we do have the whole universe at our disposal, so there really aren't any limits unless you think there are.

But yeah, I can still see the exuberant tone in your posts, so its great to see you're all positive.
