hi all,
have been gradually working my way thru the course with varied results, and some trepidation leading up yo ll16. and this is when things really changed!.

im not one for making lists, so the picture book appealed to me, so off i went gathering images of the things i wanted to project on the formless.

a biggie was the sale of our home (previously with little success) i took a photo and put a big sold sign over the top of the photo and placed it in the ablum, enlisted a new rela estate agent and held our first open home that weekend, within the hour of the open home ending we had a signed contact for just under the list price of the house, and it has since gone unconditional.

next was the placement of and image of our business web page cover into the album with big red text placed over it reading, succeeding beyond our wildest dreams, highly profitable, huge quality workload, great clients, and creative not competitive.

within the month the type of client base was showing a change toward the type we wanted, our income had greating increased and i an really enjoying the work being creative and not competive as was the case in the past. (by the way i am and Architectural Designer)

there are a number of the other images that have been placed in to this ablum that are indicating change, i would like to share them but they are of a very personal nature.

everyday i look at these images before i start work, while having my morning coffee, ponder for a while and place the thoughts on the formless substance and wait patiently.

I have a business too, Up to now it's been making a steady progress however am looking to skyrocket and achieve fabulous results so that my family can have a better lifestyle.

I love the idea of putting things down in the picture book and then pasting words over it - like sold and successful!

That's truly inspired me!

I have the dream book, and this week even went to the shops to find great magazines with pictures in them: couldn't find quite what I'm looking for and I just thought of how I can get some...

I'll put a sign up in the centre of our village asking for old magazines, and I'll ask the guy who runs the community website if he'll put out a request in his next newsletter that comes out via email.

Where did you get your pictures and stuff from?

Great ideas for acquiring the magazines, and I wish you success. I take my pictures from magazines, catalogs (check the web for free catalogs), and am even going to write to certain companies and ask for pictures of their products, for instance, a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner which I cannot find a picture of elsewhere. If you are seeking a car, then drop by a dealer and pick up a brochure on the particular one you are interested in. My hubby and I went to the dealer of the car (actually a truck) we are waiting for and took a digital snapshot for our book. You might even check with companies on the net for permission to download a picture of their product you are interested in.
Lance, I too love the idea of pasting words over the pictures when the desire has been received. Great idea!!

Thanks so much for sharing and congratulations! I have not yet gotten to LL16, but I have recently been thinking about taking all of the pictures I cut out for my Success Team meetings and putting them on a big board that I can paste by my bed, but I really like a picture book idea, too - may need to do that instead. I especially love that you put words and a sold sign!

Hi, gang! It's been a while since this thread was alive - how about some follow-ups as to how your picture books are doing?

As I've mentioned in other posts, in the past I've tried achieving abundance with Reiki. One of the recommendations there was to do what is suggested here, e.g. to create a poster with things you wanted (overlaid on a picture of the earth and with Reiki symbols), and to post it on your wall so you look at it every day.

Because some of the wishes were personal, I didn't post it, but kept it on the computer. Anyways, It tried this for a few months, but had no success.

I think the difference with this (which I don't think anyone mentioned in the thread), is GRATITUDE.

Many moons ago, as a teen, I had bought a ticket on a car at the local fair, and had so much FAITH that I was going to win it, that my friends even believed I was. How's that for faith?! Hrummph. I didn't win it. So, Faith might be a key ingredient, but I'm counting on gratitude to make the difference.
