Fascinating start to this LL, had me thinking of something I saw in a store the other day, but I'll get back to that shortly.

I recall as a youngster watching movies, be they live characters or animated, and being influenced by the depiction of what was believed to be "rich". This seemed to be supported by what my parents comments of rich people were ..... certainly not very flattering. Al Capone supported my idea that rich people were crooks and gangsters. Watching very large people waddling along the street or trying to squeeze themselves into a booth at a restaurant whilst seeming to have their noses pointed at the sky when addressing someone, meant rich people were unfit, vivacious eaters who looked down their noses at everyone. Then came the fitness craze where tanned and toned young executives eventually took over from their fathers as heads of the organisations without having appeared to do anything, meaning rich people were heirs to a throne and you were born into riches. Jumping forward I hear rich being termed, in some circles, now as fit, young, musical artist, adorned in varying degrees of bling, with a throng of followers/supporters hanging off each shoulder.

This is what we are being shown and what is passed around, and maybe it's always been a way to influence the minds of the masses ..... but only if you believe it is real. After realising what thoughts were implanted from my parents, through this LL, I now see that their idea of reality was somewhat hazy, but it was only what was passed on to them .... and if I can pass anything on to my children, then I need to break a tooth off the cog that spins around, and change my thinking (Yaaa .. already happening).

But getting back to my first observation, I was in a store that sold cushions, and the new style out at the moment has these animals as the cushions (pigs, cows, sheep, ducks), with stumpy legs sticking out of over-inflated bodies. The thing I found amusing was what they were called ...... "rich cushions".

I wonder what "rich" means to some people now???

Wonderful LL, have fun everyone Smile Smile Smile ... and "Dreams to Reality"

Hey guideg

All our parents only passed on to us what they were taught and as you progress through the course, you will see other aspects of life's programing that is hard wired into your habitual thinking.

Keep the mind open so that you become aware of them and can then deal with them.

Although, I can see you're already doing that in the case of your children. Cool!

And you seem to be having fun too. Thats even better!

Smile

Blessings
