Ive seen several posts (and a great one from Rebecca) about SLOWING down. Fantastic idea...
I dont know what it is about the mind....but it seems to ALWAYS want to rush,rush,rush......do,do,do,do,.....SOMETHING/ANYTHING....amazing.

PS....having said that...REBECCA, I still would appricate the MP3 for seesion 12 being fixed...please (posted twice on the tech board, in my head on rush to continue on...

I read a good book once, and it had an analogy in it about how me are impatient and moving too fast and etc.

When you boil water in a kettle, you put the water in, and you put the lid on, turn on the stove.. and you LET IT BOIL. Now, if you keep lifting up the lid because of impatience, then you're defeating the purpose and slowing down the process.

Thought someone might find this interesting.
