I have a clear mental image of two possibile scenarios that I wish to see manifest in the near future, basically dealing with the same course of action. My experience says simply attach an addendum unto both, ie, 'this or something better.'
I would appreciate feedback from others regarding this. Thank you Celebrate life, its all good! |

Greetings TerryF!
Thanks for sharing your CMI formation process on the forum! I think you're right on target with the "This or something better" clause! Great job! You might consider that "two possible scenerios" could mean a few different things. 1. You are trying to figure out the "how" of your CMI, as in "I could see it coming about in one of two ways and either would be alright." The truth is there are an infinite number of ways that your CMI can come about and you'll never really know all of the little things that were lined up for you. The "how" is not your job. 2. There's a larger way to express your CMI that includes both "scenerios" and might spurn you on to feel even more passionate about your dreams. More Passion == More INSPIRED Action! FEELING about your CMI and taking INSPIRED action IS your job! 3. That both scenerios are possible TOGETHER. Much of life is really and "AND" rather than an "OR". (This is kind of like #2.) These three suggestions come from the fact that I don't exactly know what you mean by "scenerio". By scenerio do you mean 1) How your CMI could come about 2) You have more than one CMI or 3) You would accept one of two CMI's for your life? Just something to think about. Again, I think "This or something better" is always a good approach. As Rebecca says: "Relax and have FUN!" (Something I have to remind myself of all the time still!) SpiritA* |

Thanks for the quick reply, spiritualist, you've hit what I saw as 'a problem' right on the money, on all accounts.
And you have made me re-focus on a perrennial problem: the 'how' of the thing. I know, in my case and I suspect in many others, that is a big problem: feeling that I/we have to be in control, otherwise "things are bound to go awry," and is that not the essence of wanting to be in control knowing the 'how' of the thing. Letting go, and just letting the forces do their thing is an area I no doubt have to work on. Thanks again. Celebrate life, its all good! |

Terry, I personally don't understand what your original post means. Can you clarify, be more specific? A "cmi" and a "course of action" are entirely different.
Love & blessings, and, of course-- EXPECT Success! Rebecca |

Ok, let me me rephrase my initial post. I created a clear mental image of where I want to dwell and what I want to do there: this is my ideal. In the meantime, other factors arose, so that now I'm saying 'maybe, it would be best to deal with these other factors (my 'course of action') here and now, and then move on to my ideal, perhaps, better prepared.' Hope this helps clarify, Rebecca, your feedback is appreciated. Celebrate life, its all good! |
