While printing out the LL7 -TheThree Minute Question. I was reading it. In a flash the face of a clock appeared in my mind. I sketched out what came to mind. I looked for something to make a circle with and that became the clock. I did not put numbers on the clock, just lines, with heavier/thicker ones at the 12, 3, 6, & 9 positions...The shorter hand points to the 3 position and the longer hand points to a darker line which is 2 lines away from the number 3 heavy/thicker line position. I put little movements around the clock like the hand is moving to the number . Underneath I wrote the words "3 Minutes 'Til" I added this to a place where I keep affirmations highly visible and also drew another to carry in my wallet.
This was a great "Aha" moment for me. It instantly gives and gave me a snap back direction of change. Now when old and untrue appearances attempt to take over I visualize my "3-Minute Clock" about to alarm and I know I must make a choice of how I want that thought to manifest.

I just finished the LL7 and was also thrilled with this way to "shift" so quickly.

I really loved your idea of a clock - and your description which started with a circle reminded me of something - another AHA for me...

Up 'til now, I'd thought of the energy flowing in 2 directions - as separate flows - NOW, I "get" that the flow is circular...
or, from the One Command (which Rebecca had recommended so I trust this little snippet is OK), that there's someone waiting to give something to you, you're ready to receive that something; and there's someone waiting to receive something from you - it's a circle - all connected in one smooth, easy cycle. Up 'til now, I was a great giver and not such a great receiver. That's changing easily and comfortably.

Thank you Abundance Flowing! I logged on today knowing I needed a bit of a boost of some kind. I have to deal with lots of "stuff"- and was feeling lots of resistance and plain old stubborness. Of course really I want to deal with it...but still felt a bit of a victim. It was a real help to be reminded of the 3 minute rule, and of your visualization. I really want to move forward on this. Hope you are well and really flowing today.

hmmm... imagining a clock with an alarm set at 3 minutes, that's a good reminder to stay in the present

taking this lesson again, and reading through Rebecca's course material really gave me new insights again....

The part where all things come from god/formless, and all things return to Him. This really brought it home for me. Imagine a great benevolent being that gives and gives and all we have to do this to return his grace is by way of giving thanks, of acknowledging this universal power that is everyone's birthright!

What beautiful realization for me to know that we have countless blessings from the Source every moment, every second, at all times. The source's very nature is to GIVE, so all our thoughts have to turn to RECEIVING with gratitude. And the news gets better. Our thoughts gives birth to all things we see in the physical form. What we think about, creates and becomes form from the formless. The one intelligent substance and us are ONE when our thoughts feel good and we are focused on good. then creation happens effortlessly.
