Hi all,

I recently completed the PG course and along the way I have been enjoying so many new experiences, but I really need to share this.

I am originally from the U.K. but I now live in the Canary Isles. For a while my wife and I have been talking about having a base in the U.K so that we could return for short visits whenever we wanted, to visit friends and family.

We decided that the best thing to do would be to purchase a static caravan (mobile home) in an area close to where our sons live.

We dicussed the type of unit that we would like and started to check the prices...very expensive!

I had a very clear mental image of exactly what I wanted and where it needed to be sited.

Today, someone emailed me details of exactly what I was looking for, sited exactly where I needed it to be in the U.K. The person selling the mobile home turned out not only to live in
in The Canary Isles, but actually lives in the same village as me.

We met this afternoon and a sale was agreed on the spot, at the full price that he was asking, which was less than half the price of any other similar mobile homes that I had enquired about.

Now thats what I call super fast response from the formless stuff.

I had mentioned to a few people that I wanted to find a mobile home in the UK but I have no idea who it was that that asked the seller to email me. In fact the seller had asked his son, who lives in the UK, to put the mobile home up for sale and so even the seller was as surprised as I was.

Who ever it was, I am very grateful to them.
