LL12 Conflicting Personal Qualities?

I'm working with LL12, and have found that half of my heros have "humility" or humbleness, as one of their qualities, while the other half have what I have called "cheeky arrogance" (a kind of boyish self-belief, or playful self-confidence) as one of their qualities . These appear to contradict each other as qualities that should resonate with me, so I'm a bit stuck on what to make of it.
Any suggestions?

Well, David G, do you consider that your "humble heroes" do/did not have self-belief or self-confidence? I'm guessing they do/did, but maybe not boyishly or playfully.

Verti,
Certainly they (those who showed humility) had self-belief, and this carried them to greatness. But that they didn't show it (self-belief) outwardly when compared to others who were equally successful is puzzling.
Perhaps it is this "small self" ego-thing, where some need to speak up their self belief whereas others just got on with the job at hand, filling more than their place?
Interestingly for me and LL12, I think both aspects are equally apparent as resonating with me. I have a strong belief in who I am and what I achieve, so perhaps sometimes I will fill more than my place quietly, and at other times I will allow a little of the boyish-arrogance to shine through! Wink

What I have discovered is that the common thread is the self-belief these heroes had, and this brief exchange has helped me clarify that. Thank you Verti.
