For some time now I have not been able to focus properly on anything and I suspect that this may be as result of hearth break I experienced recently.
I initially felt I will get over it in no time but the bad feeling just refused to go away.
Any idea on what might help?

Hi Smile

Instead of focusing on the problem, or the recent bad experience, how about focusing on the things that you can be grateful for, right now?

Works for me Big Grin

God bless you,

Caroline

Many years ago, I had a tragic heart break as well and if I would have known then about EFT, it would have saved me from more than a year of grief and physical deterioration.

We have some amazing people in this course trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). If it's something you are not familiar with, you might receive benefit by watching some free videos at http://www.emofree.com/freevideos.aspx

With Love,

Sometimes emotions do get trapped in our system and time and other methods like gratitude can help. But often, intervention can really help resolve it so much more quickly and help us move on. There are many techniques that can help to do that. EFT is one. You can PM me if you want to know more or click on my link below. I am happy to answer questions.

Hi there,

I'm not sure what the heart break is specifically but I think we can all agree there are times when we see something in our life and respond with heartache. When that happens for me, I say thank you to my heart for feeling compassion and ask why it is sad. It might be something like I have lost a friend or someone is very ill and I lean into it so I can figure out what will make my heart happy again. Maybe sharing a special message with the loved ones family or sharing the gift of quality time with an ill friend. Then not only do I feel better, but the world is better for it. Heartache is very real, it lets us know we have one thing when we want another - having gratitude for our emotions allows us to expand and grow. If everything felt great all the time, we wouldn't move from this spot, right?

Be blessed!

I have some challenges watching all those free videos on the subject because of slow internet connection. I will appreciate anything

EFT works for me. I highly recommend it. It fits 'hand in glove' with the SOGR and PG Course and you can use it on anything, anytime, anywhere. (almost anywhere.. you'll see!)
EFT can work for you like it has for many others. It's very easy to learn about and implement.
I expect your success too!
(find the link in a previous reply to this topic.)

I remember Rebecca saying, "Words are powerful."
So, be selective in what we say because we are saying it to our subconscious mind.

How about saying this? "UP UNTIL NOW I have not been able to focus properly on anything and I suspect that this may be as result of hearth break I experienced recently.
I initially felt I will get over it in no time but UP UNTIL NOW the bad feeling just refused to go away.
NOW I LOVE MYSELF DEEPLY, PROFOUNDLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AND THESE ideas DO help. I AM SUCCESSFUL"

Blessings for your continued success.

How about watching at a friend's or at the library with headphones?
