Goodmorning everyone :-)

I am so happy and grateful that we have a lovely spring morning here in the UK.

I just felt compelled to let you all know about a couple of experiences just now.

1) My 12 year old daughter was helping me to tear up some large boxes when she complained that she couldn't help because her knee hurt her as she was old!!! I heard myself say the phrase "it's mind over matter" and then realised this is what my Mum used to say to me when I was a child Big Grin

2) The post dropped through my letterbox and as I bent down to pick it up I was aware that I was experiencing negative feelings, expecting the contents to somehow be bad. In a split second I heard my internal voice say "expect success!" and do you know what??? The first letter was from my son's school informing me that he was Student of the Month Cool The second letter was a "get well soon" card from my colleagues at work which I subsequently noticed had been delivered to me by the post office even though my colleagues had forgotten to affix a postage stamp. Thank you Royal Mail Smile

Life is good

Hi Karen;

We are experiencing a beautiful day here in Sunny Southern California also!

Thanks for sharing your A-ha moments.

I found my self at the gym this morning running on the treadmill at the first mile thinking that I was a little tired and should slow to a walk to rest. I then reminded myself to let it be easy and continued to run 4 more miles easly!

I find that running on the treadmill to be very meditative, I set the speed so I don't have to think about that. I find that I can go into the alpha state of accessing my subconscious mind.

Be good to yourself, live life passionately and always, always expect success!! I don't know how long I will live, but I'll live until I die!!

Fun how switching from a negative to positive thought creates a wonderful outcome.

Saturday morning while in my office, my phone rang. At first I was annoyed ... who's bothering me on a weekend? Then, quickly thought, "What if it is an unexpected opportunity or gift from the universe?"

I answered the phone. It was a lawyer from a city about 4 hours away. He'd been Googling for a program he wanted for his business and found I had posted it for sale (months ago and forgot about the listing :-)

He was excited to find me and the product, has popped a certified cheque in the mail and it turns out his wife is a realtor - a professional group I work with extensively. I also sent him information to share with his wife as I'm looking to expand my business into their city and didn't have a contact.

Glad I turned my negative reaction around and answered the phone that morning. Smile

That's funny Tom. Today I had this incredible 90-minute treadmill workout. I was listening to SOGR for the 8th or 9th time and it was as though every single word was making sense. I listened from chapter 1 through chapter 10, and even worked in a cell phone call near the end of the workout. Smile

Oh, and when I got home and got on the scale, I hit another of my "body" goals (to compliment my spirit, and soul goals). I am down exactly 40 pounds since January 4th. Thank you Mr. Treadmill!!

One of my greatest enjoyments is going for walks. I will queue up SOGR &/or Life Lessons and take a stroll.
As the magnificence of nature and the beauty of life surround me and calm my spirit, I relax into the lessons. Some of my best aha moments come to me at these times.

Have you hugged your CMI today?
