Hello all,

Been hanging out on the action life labs lately. Really good to reflect on these for me. I have heard and tried the positive thinking and good attitude methods for a long time but Wattles concepts regarding action is very different than what I had done and percieved it all to be about.

I had a wonderful dvd come my way and it really helped to get deep into what Wattles was explaining. It is a movie entitled, The Mistress of Spices.

The story line is not really where you will get what Wattles describes about being focused and totally in the present nor his example about paying very close attention to the food you eat in order to be very present.

Where you will see and feel and understand what Wattles talks about is in the behavior and attitude of the Spice Mistress.

Watch her as both a young girl and a woman. Observe her actions and attitudes and words in regards to how she feels about being a spice mistress and her duties.

Watch how she is 100% absorbed by the scent the feel the vibration of the spices she uses to help people and make their lives better.

The photography is beautiful and the colors vibrant. Drink it all in. She how she drinks in her surroundings and is so connected in the moment doing her work and loving her work.

That is a living moving example of being present, of feeling the joy in your work and life and your purpose and your vision in life.

Do get some nice food, rent the dvd and take a look.

Anyone having a challenge trying to put the concepts of action into action will benefit greatly watching this movie.

Let me know what you think. Again, it is not the story line or the romance that is what I am saying to focus on. It is her and how she feel and acts about the spices...

Looking foward to hearing your opinions.

Jim
