I check my on-line checking/credit card accounts every day. I just realized we have spent over $800 in a 10 day period on our credit card alone. When I think about this it freaks me out. Most of the expenses are for gas and food and even some expenses for food for our restaurant but I look at the amount we're spending and think Wow! The positive is that we pay the credit card off in full each month and don't carry over a balance.

After typing this and thinking through it some more, I'm realizing that spending $800 in 10 days is ok. The things we're buying are, for the most part, necessities.

Am I on the right track?

Thanks,
Soup

Are you grateful for the things that you recieved with the $800?

Did the $800 move you further toward your CMIs?

I really haven't had a feeling of gratitude when paying for stuff. I've always had the feeling of "there won't be enough money" or "we spend way too much".

I can see how being grateful for being able to buy these things will be helpful.

I'll try to focus on that.

Don't know what a CMI is yet.
