Hi,
uptill now I had a difficult time coming to grasp with the idea of formless stuff. The form is quite understandable in itself. When interpreted as energy! in session 5 of the course, it was aha! i can easily grasp the concept of energy and matter. now the concept of thought being transmitted to the formless and permeating through the universe is much clearer to me.
