Up until about a week ago when I first read the SOGR, I never thought of being grateful of everything I had, I never thought about it.
Mr. Wattles does say that it's one of the most important parts of the science. I have a list of everything that I am grateful for, and I repeat it in my mind every day when I wake up and before I go to bed, I also through out the day when I eat or I am doing something I'm enjoying I tend give thanks inside my own head. Now my question: Is this enough? am I doing it right? Am I missing anything else? I just finished LL7 and maybe the answer is coming up ahead, but I just wanted to hear from some of you, how you apply your gratitude into your every day life. I am also grateful and say thanks for the things that are yet to come... is this ok? ex. "I am grateful for my paid off F430 Ferrari that I enjoy everyday" |

Sounds great to me alexmiami. But here's a tip: Lighten up! Just ENJOY the feelings of appreciation and gratitude. Let yourself feel as much wonderfulness as you can stand.
Because when you worry that you're not doing it right or enough or whatever, you head back the other direction. Then, your focus, faith, and feeling are on what you do NOT want. And we get what we give our attention to, whether it's wanted or unwanted. You can always tell if you're headed in the right direction by how you feel. When you're feeling gratitude and appreciation, you feel good. When you feel worry or confusion, not so much. Let that list just grow and expand and EXPLODE! Love & blessings, and, of course-- EXPECT Success! Rebecca |

Wow, It's just great that after I finished LL7, and then I had those questions about gratitude, deep inside I wanted an answer from you Rebecca (Not saying other members can't help) Just that deep inside I wanted to hear from you, and sure enough here it is! Thank you! I appreciate everything you do for this community!

Well, I appreciate the appreciation. Did you notice how good it felt to be the one OFFERING the appreciation? I find it feels immensely better even than being the one on the receiving end.
(Also, later on in the course you'll find a three-session series on gratitude and appreciation.) Love & blessings, and, of course-- EXPECT Success! Rebecca |
