From LL4 I became very aware of how my previous conditioning of having a secure job and a good education is holding not allowing me to be rich. It also highlighted for me how my jealousy for people who are rich is also not allowing an abundance of riches into my life. I jusy wondering if anyone else experienced this doing this Lifelab?

Hello Mattdo. Excellent observations. The great thing about recognizing these thoughts is that now you can make adjustments to them.

I have also been practicing paying attention to my feelings. I am not as good at it as I intend to be. The practice has yielded great results as I am getting better at recognizing the feelings and seeing how to shift my thoughts.

Regarding jealousy for people who are rich, I find it helps to silently say "Best of luck in everything you do" or something along those lines.
