I really needed to read this success story and I thank you Rebecca and the Captain for taking the time to pen these words of encouragement. I am focusing on my successes and everyday I am seeing new doors of opportunity open up. Up until now my finances have been pretty dismal but just today I took the step to apply for a loan that will allow me to live while I work with children demonstrating the reading program I developed for children who are performing below grade-level or are non-english speaking. I am concentrating on the successes instead of the failures. My editor just wrote to let me know that my first book will be up for sale early next week and I feel as though things are beginning to move in the right direction. I have also written several e-books and I am getting them ready to post on my website which will be up soon. I thank everyone who continues to contribute thier success stories so that I am able to stay on track and not look at appearances.

I did read your post in Rebecca's enewsletter. It was a great inspiration for sure. lm sitting on LL21 atm. I am in a similar situation l must say, and have yet to make any headway with it. I keep working everyday on keeping my CMI in mind, np there, and doing my best to stay off worrying too much about my finances, yet, after a couple of months on PG course now, and a few near breakthoughs that have not manifested as yet, and with Xmas looming and the usual flurry of preXmas bills coming in, l have to say its very challanging, and am feeling somewhat discouraged right now.
Im also trying to stop smoking, a must really, yet keep backsliding. Dont want to give myself too hard a time on it right now. I have a few days off, then on currently. I also need to get an exercise program going, spending the amount of time l do at the computer for hours on end. Yet its all abit of a struggle with motivation. The thoughts come and then the follow through is like trying to climb Mt Everest! Lol.
I just made a terribly long post about my own financial woes..l've been putting off doing that, not wanting to stay stuck in it, and embarrassed really also, to even post it. Trying not to focus on it too much, yet, today it just happened and l thought what the heck.
Anway, lm not much younger, a couple of years, never had a permanent job, always worked casual or contract work, on a disability pension and nothing in the bank at all. No house and my car is falling apart..Lol..Yet l am educated, l have good skills on the computer and talented enough, so lm not completely without resources in that regard, just a steep climb perhaps.
I just wish there would be some breakthrough.
So thanks for the inspiration it all helps right now, and wish you all the best and further success with your life and endevours.

Wow John what a great post.

After reading your post I realized that I am starting to attract things to me. I started the course a couple of weeks ago and one of my CMI's is to be healthy and fit. Right after I started my neighbor was looking for a running partner. May wife originally agreed to run with her but lately she has been too busy to so I have been instead. This is so cool and I almost overlooked it. Wow I think I will be paying a little more attention. I my miss some miricals.
