Greetings course mates!

I´m on LL21 and I sure need some help. I´ve read all the topics about it, and even a question just like the one I´m going to post now.

I just can´t understand question 2. It asks for habitual actions that are useful and in harmony with my purpose. The question implies some very specific actions towards my specific purpose. But when I go through the topics, I don´t find examples of specific actions, the way I think of them. I find what I would call attitudes or feelings.

I wonder: Are there specific actions to be made, or am I just supposed to do all actions in a certain way?
Confused

I feel like just skipping LL21 and move on, but that wouldn´t help!

I´m grateful to anyone that will share or give me some specific exemples of what to write on LL21, question 2, part 1. (For some reason I have no problem with the part 2.)

Hello Annelie. There is a great lesson for many of us in your statement. This is one of the reasons we continue to read on the Forum things like: relax, take it easy with all of this, have fun, etc.

Thanks for the reminder!

Hi Petra!

It really is an easy question now that I know how to think about it. Rebecca surely is good at giving examples. It´s funny how the brain sort of get stuck in a trail sometimes, and you just need a little push to come out in the light.

Thanks for sharing with me. I really recognize myself in your priorites. I like to learn too, and I had an aha-moment some years ago about seeing the good in people. Haven´t totally integrated it yet. I loose it from time to time, and I´m a bit afraid of them... Wink

My amount of friend differ with my attitude, of course. I´m working on it. I will use you in my mind as an example of the possibility to overcome. Thanks for reminding me. Smile

Ooh, Roll Eyes Thank you so much for taking your time and answering my question. It´s so obvious, but I just couldn´t see it!! I guess I thought it was more...difficult.

I know, but I was so stuck and needed a specific example, which you so conveniently gave me. Thanks again. Big Grin

Hi Annelie!

Funny how we all differ. For me this was an easy question.
There are two things I am doing for many many years that I think are very important in realizing my goals.

1. I am constantly learning. I cannot live a day without anything new to learn. Actually I am of the opinion that we all are learning something new everyday but most people are not aware of it. Learning is THE big thing for me in life. My husband always says: If you have to stop learning, you will die in no time, and he is right.

2. Until the age of about 17 (I am now 39) I only saw the bad things in other people. You can imagine how little friends I had. Then I woke up and saw what I was doing to myself and since then I entered the process of looking for the good in every person. As it is said in the book and in this course over and again, how can you expect good things to come your way when you focus on bad things? So for me another clear example of something I have already integrated in my life that is in harmony with my purpose.

Yes these are attitudes, but out of those attitudes comes my action.

My thoughts on the subject, hope they can help you a bit further.

OK, let's say for example, that you want to have healthy teeth and gums. That's your purpose and you have a clear mental image (CMI) of that.

So you probably take specific, habitual actions in harmony with that purpose at least twice a day, right?

(Just in case that's not clear enough with all our various cultures and languages and everything else here, I'm talking about brushing your teeth.) Wink

It's really that simple.

So what habitual actions that are useful and in harmony with your purpose are you taking NOW -- whatever your purpose or CMI may be?

One note: No one else can tell you "what to write on LL21, question 2, part 1." This isn't a test and it's not about getting some particular "right answer." The only right answer here is what is right for YOU.

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!
