I find myself in the same place Rebecca was years ago, feeling like I'm doing all the work alone as I build my business.
I've repeatedly read Rebecca's reference to how she started to think and feel differently about the work she was doing and how she created a picture of what she wanted, then put her focus, faith and feeling into it. I know what she did is possible for all of us, ... for me. I thought I was following her steps, however, could use maybe some specific advice on how to make this a consistent part of my life. I state affirmations repeatedly throughout the day, have written goals all over the place, continue to do my daily actions as far as seeking new business partners, express gratitude for my good fortune and after this World Tapping Summit, will have a protocol to assist in releasing. My intention this year is to quantum leap my business tenfold. That will not happen as long as I do it alone and don't change my thinking and feeling. I have what might be considered an impressive size group to some people, however, most of my earnings still come from my efforts. After four years of this, I'm growing tired... and I know my energy is lower than those I present my business to which lowers my success rate. I'd love any insights and wisdom you might share. Love and Success, |

Laurie, what do you LOVE about your business? What part of it thrills you and fills you with delight?
(This is important, because if there's not a LOT that you love about it, why would you want it to grow ten times larger?) Love & blessings, and, of course-- EXPECT Success! Rebecca |

My favorite part is the product because it provides a mechanism for people to touch peoples' hearts.
Outside of the product, what I love about the business is that I can work entirely from home if I choose, and it attracts the type of people who care about others and want to express gratitude and recognition -- the type of people I resonate with and love being around. I love hearing stories from those I've taught, when they call me to tell me how someone responded to their personal note. Some people get phone calls with people crying because they thought no one cared. I also love stories where people were about to give up on something or on themselves, until they received a note of recognition and realized someone appreciated and believed in them. I have a customer who was hit and killed by a car when she was 15. Her boyfriend could not be revived (he was hit too) and although she was pronounced dead, she was brought back to life and spent years being re-constructed and learning how to walk, talk, etc. She's now 25 and is one of my favorite customers because she is grateful every day for livng and sends out personal notes of gratitude to people she meets every day. She always has amazing stories to share and loves to call me with updates. I also love the fact that I've been able to help others make money doing what they love. One team mate regularly thanks me for getting her started. She uses her earnings to take her children on warm winter vacations. Seeing the happiness that's created is probably #1. Of course, I also love the weekly and monthly pay checks. They contribute to helping me do what I love -- travel, playing tennis, giving gifts people normally won't give themselves. |

Laurie, think back to when you were writing each of the two messages you've put here so far. Imagine yourself writing them. Now, which one felt better to you?
I'd encourage you to go in THAT direction, to spend some time really getting in touch with all the parts of the business you truly love. When you do that, you will align yourself with your desire for a business that is immensely helpful to others as well as profitable for you and your team. Inspired action WILL grow out of that alignment, and you might notice that sharing your delight and enthusiasm and telling some of these same stories will be much more effective and enjoyable than merely presenting "the business." People -- all of us -- respond to stories. And we love happy endings. We also respond to people who obviously care about US and our own experience. It comes across. In my own networking experience I remember a top earner (before I became one myself after practicing SOGR) who actually stood up in front of a huge audience of people new to the biz and said whenever he looked at a "prospect," he imagined that person with a big dollar sign on his/her forehead. He didn't see the person; he saw what he could GET from that person. For myself, I felt like I was doing all the work because I looked at the people on my team as "losers." I wouldn't have said that, but that's what it came down to. When I changed my thinking, my actions toward them were not much different, but they certainly came from a different place, from a different attitude. And people FELT that. And they responded. BTW, that fellow I mentioned crashed and burned not long after that talk. His "success" was short-lived. And he never seemed happy about it while it was happening anyway. What if you were to share with your team what you shared here in your second message? What if that sort of approach became your standard operating procedure? This is the difference, to me, between mere motivation and true inspiration. When we try to motivate others, there is always -- I think -- quite a bit of manipulation involved, trying to get them to do what WE want them to do in order to benefit US. But when we come from the heart and are totally real, people can become inspired and then THEIR action is inspired action and amazing things can happen that benefit everyone involved. When you get a new, inspiring, exciting big vision for your business, then THAT is what you'll be sharing with your team, your customers, and the people considering joining you. In your place, I'd share my own story and the wonderful stories of others you've been able to be part of, thanks to this business you're in. You're not "stuck" at all -- unless you choose to see it that way. You're just in a place of transition where you have the opportunity to re-imagine your whole business and life and then create something wonderful. Isn't that an amazing gift? Love & blessings, and, of course-- EXPECT Success! Rebecca |

It is an amazing gift Rebecca and you are right on when you asked me to pay attention to how I felt writing both posts. After I wrote the second, I felt happy. I was glad you asked me the question because I hadn't asked it of myself for a very long time.
Instead of seeing my team as losers, I've been seeing them as "blind" -- equally damaging. Thank you so much. This post will be printed and read each morning as I set my intention for the day. With love and gratitude, |

Margaret Lynch's tapping protocols tonight on the World Tapping Summit couldn't have been more appropriate or timely.
Thanks for making us aware of the Summit Rebecca, it's exceptional and the perfect companion to our SOGR work. |

Wow Laurie,
Thats an amazing service - I just sent out a card. I don't understand though how the system works. I don't want to be an entrepeneur I just want to be able to send out a couple of cards a month. For what should I sign up? |

Laurie and Rebecca,
Thank you both for another Aha moment. Time for me to take Rebecca's advice and do the same for my business. |

I shared the same advice with two colleagues this week already. We need to hear and understand it loud and clear and be reminded from time-to-time too.
Nice to have someone to share this leg of the journey with. To your success Bruce, |
