1. I paid lots of bills - and still have money left in the bank. I so love that feeling (so different to a year ago).
2. I bought 2 t-shirts for my trip to Bali, which filled my mind with happy thoughts about my holiday which is only a week away. 3. This is an extra shift today - more moola in the bank. 4. My shopfitting class starts back tonight after term break. 5. I got a free parking spot for work today - kerching kerching! Love how I am earning more and spending less which speeds up my financial recovery exponentially. cheers Pauline |

1) I spent an hour and a half at the gym lifting weights today!
2. I bought another 1,000 pounds of red sandstone to lay in my back yard where the grass used to be! I already bought 1,000 pounds; I think that 1,000 more should do the job! 3. I laid about half of that sandstone today! The first 1,000 pounds was laid the two days prior to today! I am grateful that because of the gym that moving and laying the rock is easy work/play! 4. My wife and I went to the nursery to order some Dwarf Mondo Grass that I will plant between the pieces of sandstone! 5. We also bought some white spanish lavender! Something that I hadn't seen before! Be good to yourself, live life passionately and always, always expect success!! I don't know how long I will live, but I'll live until I die!! Tom Strong |

1) Another hour and a half strength training at the gym!
2) Finished laying the sandstone, it looks great; I expect that it will look even better when the mondo grass is installed! 3) I planted the white lavender on a hill in the front side yard! Looks great; I expect that it will look even better when it becomes tha size of our other lavender plants! 4) I trimed some of our 160 rose bushes; taking the time to smell the roses as I went! 5) I swam in our pool this afternoon, then joined my wife in the spa! Be good to yourself, live life passionately and always, always expect success!! I don't know how long I will live, but I'll live until I die!! Tom Strong |

These are fun to read, but even more fun to answer!
1) I woke up so excited about sogr that I couldn't wait to get to work and take some inspired action. 2) I saw someone I usually try to avoid and stayed cheerful and calm anyway. 3) I did a fun "wAcky ways to succeed exercise with my staff. 4) I sent thank you letters to all my current students. 5)I was able to show my appreciation to a couple of staff members by buying them popcorn and icecream. 6) I have 2 more enrolling in one of my classes. Yeah, I know that's six. So don't count #1. |

1) I attended a Chamber of Commerce Mixer last night! (My rules for this reply to include last night to today!)
2) Met some people who are in complimentary fields to my Personal Training who we can each use as references! I saw a lot of other people who really need my services - and got some inspiration on how to approach them! 3) One friend who I had helped to loose weight was there; and is willing to give me references! 4) I picked up 5 flats of the mondo grass today and planted one flat! So far it's looking great! 5) Although I didn't go to the gym today, this morning I did run for 4 miles in a nice up and down hill loop! Also swam this afternoon! Be good to yourself, live life passionately and always, always expect success!! I don't know how long I will live, but I'll live until I die!! Tom Strong |

1)I have wildflowers and butterflies in my yard. I took a picture and put it in my new gratitude journal on my phone.
2)I got some free artwork for my studio by offering to show the winners of the local art guild monthly contest. Bonus: more people will come into my place of business to view the art! 3)Paid myself my normal salary this week (instead of less, as I have for the last several weeks.) 4) I noticed today that my staff team is so strong that when they speak to me about each other, it's never about what's wrong with the other guy, it's always about how great each person is and suggestions on the best ways I can support and encourage them. 5) My 14 year old daughter just designed a new logo for my business. I love it! |

My house is being cleaned for me for Mother's Day and I am only doing a little.
I put two new rows in my garden. I can just "see" all those seeds abundantly growing. I joined a Master Mind group and we had our first meeting. It wasn't today, but this week I was given the gift of divine forgiveness and was able to let go of unwanted thoughts and feelings about someone else. What a relief! I barely knew my mother, but I have so many wonderful mother type examples in my life and I am grateful for them and their influence on me. |

1) I got to go to rehearsal with my family. I loved watching my husband and 2 kids interact as members of the Gilbreth family in "Cheaper By the Dozen." One day I'll do a show with them!
2) I voted! 3) I spoke to my brother for the first time in a while. He's cool. 4) My mother won the Ms. Senior Parker County Beauty Pageant! We were so surprised, but we shouldn't have been. She's beautiful, talented, graceful, and poised. She'll be a lovely representative of the community! 5) My teen-aged daughter spent the evening with me. We had a great time together and the best part-- she said out loud at least 3 times in front of other people that I am awesome! What mother could ask for anything more? She's awesome! |

1. I took over a committee on our roster at work - we have just been through a horrible time because no one managed the process properly. Everyone is calming down and responding well to my firm and clear direction - and I will be looking after all of them in the process.
2. Last night I popped in to see a friend I sail with and his wife who has cancer. They invited me to stay for a family dinner as their son & daughter were arriving with children for mother's day. I had such a great time. 3. I got a free parking spot for work today. 4. I listened to a new meditation this morning and felt really good. 5. The cut roses in various vases I put in my flat are opening up in the most beautiful way. pauline |

1) I slept in.
2) I went to work a little late and nothing bad happened. 3) I learned a little about EFT and began to forgive myself for feeling stressed or guilty. 4) I did almost no "work" today, yet made lots of money! 5) I noticed a few things that I sort of want, but am really not prepared to receive. I wonder how many other things fall into that category? |

1) I started noticing what values I am expressing when I buy things.
2) The girl who usually serves my order at the drive through commented that I was dressed differently today. Who knew she noticed what I was wearing before? It's nice to be noticed. 3) I remembered to go to a meeting I usually miss. 4) I got pulled out of the meeting to speak to my landlord who wants to give me more space for the same amount of rent. Wow! 5) Two of my students sent testimonials for use on my new website. Yay! |

1) Woke up in the middle of the night, found an e-mail from a friend in pain, so I did a long-distance healing. She called in the morning to tell me how much better she felt.
2)Went to eat lunch with my husband at a restaurant. 3)Got to an eye doctor appointment early, and got seen right away, because there happened to be a cancellation. 4) Got a call from a customer with another order. 5) Ate some of my husbands wonderful homemade lentil soup for dinner. 1. Swapped a shift so that I could sleep in this morning - so wonderful to wake up when I wake up.
2. Went swimming in the sea while it was raining - the colour of the water is so beautiful then: a soft green. 3. Had two good meetings at work (this isn't always the case so they stand out). 4. The guy painting my office should be finished today - I am happy just imagining how it will look. 5. Got an email from a former client who is a marketing manager - he is helping me by advising on my campaign to get more executives to coach. I am getting a lot of help - freely and happily given. |

I like this game, it helps to focus on the good things. Since the day is young, I'll use one thing from last night and I hope to check in later with five more great things that will happen:
1) Made arrangements with a pesky bill collector so they won't be calling any more 2) Lost a substantial portion of my trading account balance in losing trade, BUT learned a valuable lesson which will improve future trades 3) Am meeting some friends for drinks later this evening, I don't get out much, so this is big 4) Made it to my day job early this morning and am being productive so far 5) Gave my awesome wife and beautiful daughters hugs before I left the house |

Yes this thread makes you realise how much you really have in your life - especially those little things that mean so much.
1. Today is my birthday, which I usually ignore, but lots of others aren't and strangely it feels nice this year. 2. I have not paid for a single thing today - coffees, breakfast, lunch - everyone I met with today paid for me. 3. I got an extra shift (will fill up the coffers) and when I arrived at 3pm there was a cake and flowers waiting and my colleagues sang happy birthday. How very sweet. 4. My classmate from shopfitting who has been painting my office and doing a fantastic job, also fixed my desk which wobbled because it was a flatpack and I didn't put it together properly some years ago. It feels so nice not to have my folders and in trays sloping. 5. One person I met with this morning made some great suggestions for publishing my children's book and was very encouraging. Life is very interesting at the moment. cheers Pauline |

I don't always post here because I sometimes post on the gratitude thread, or in my personal gratitude journal. But I woke up today thinking that it's the last day of the month and I'm still pretty far from my sales goal. I am now thanking the universe for the wonderful things that have happened. I ppreciate this slight feeling of nervousness -- the better to contrast with the feeling of success I'll get to experience later. I am also letting go of two scary thought. 1) The idea that I can't meet my goal today. I still have 12 & 1/2 hours left. 2) The idea that if I don't meet my goal that I or the system "failed." I am thankful in advance that the universe is sending me all that I want and need -- just not necessarily when and where I expect.
1. I got to teach more yesterday than usual and while teaching I noticed how easy it is for me! Like resting. 2. Somebody canceled then someone else confirmed for the same time slot. Nice save! 3. I got to dance with people who are good! 4. I saw beautiful smiles on lots of faces. 5. I cleaned out most of my back emails. 6. The guy who offered to clean my windows for cheap the day before actually showed up on time and did a very thorough job. I paid him more than he asked for. 7. I got a complement about being energetic. Nice! |

I'm a little late posting these as they are from Friday:
1) I found out the quality audit I have coming up with my day job, which I always dread, is not going to be nearly as intensive as I thought 2) I had a GREAT day trading, all of my trades were profitable and I had a feeling that it is all starting to click 3) The tension between my wife and I which had reached a high point the night before, just seemed to ease. No reason, I think we both just realized what was going on and both just let it go, no apologies necessary. 4) Despite my company closing early on Fridays during the summer, I was able to get all of my hours for the week 5) I had a great three day weekend to look forward to. |
