Five great things that happened to me to day were: Big Grin

1. A cup of coffee while walking around my yard with my wife and our cat that thinks he's a dog.

2. Helping a friend learn new exercises at the gym.

3. Doing 45 minutes of interval training on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes on the stationery bike.

4. Planting 2 Kangaroo Paw Plants near my pool and Canary Island Palm (the palm is 40 feet tall and provides shade for much of the back yard).

5. Soaking at 102 degrees in our spa early this evening with my wife. We enjoyed watching the waterfall into our pool and the bridge over our dry stream bed.

Your cat must be related to one of ours-our male black cat Onyx greets everyone that comes in, comes when called and growls at strangers. LOL! Big Grin

2. Reading Tom's post and just picturing what a lovely moment you and your wife were sharing.

3.Making myself a nice cup of aromatic coffee and sipping it as I read my e-mails.

4.Getting dressed in my new clothes that I ordered from India (a pant suit called a "salwar kameez") and yummy, comfy new shoes.

5.and last but not least...Booking a trip out to ARIZONA to see friends in April. YIPPEE!!!
This is a part of my CMI that I made in the Mind Movie last year.

1. Receiving notice that I passed the test for my Sports Conditioning Specialist Certificate!

2. Receiving the test for my Master Personal Trainer Certificate!

3. An Hour and a half at the gym!

4. Drawing lines in the ground where my lawn had been; these lines represent where our firepit and round table with seating for 12 people will be!

5. Knowledge that there is no time schedule on completing any projects in our yard; totally a project of love! Cool

I woke up.
The sun is shining.
My apricot tree is in full bloom.
My best friend came back from her trip.
I have a home.

That must be so beautiful, Dawn, having an apricot tree in full bloom.

1. I read my tarot cards and the re-birth card keeps turning up.
2. I have a Saturday shift this afternoon - more money in next week's pay.
3. I finally went to the hardware store and got a washer for the toilet - for a few dollars, so I can repair the running toilet which has been driving me nuts.
4. I was staying at my mum's about 2& 1/2 hrs away from my work and had a very easy drive in my fantastic red car.
5. The plant in the office next to the desk I am occupying today has grown to enormous proportions and the leaves are reaching over only a few inches from my face - it makes me feel like I am in a jungle, which I like very much.

1)The other week I made 2 new websites for 2 local businesses that I promised to make them some time ago they are happy with them.
2)I now have 4 websites.
3)My business that I started after reading SOGR is registered has a website and I have an ABN for it.
4)My first $200 came into my business my wife took receipt of it. I tried not to show as much happiness and enthusiasm at this event(my wife was happy about the money) as my wife is not happy about my business and my desire to be rich so I can give her and my children anyhing they desire.
5) Five people have joined a program (through me) that pays you for reading emails and playing games and doing surveys then getting payed for it.

1. Experienced an easy rehearsal day with the Wizard of Oz.
2. Saw my first movie in 3-D, Alice in Wonderland.
3. My car repair was only a simple hose for $40.00.
4. My studio and home are almost completely organized. I have about 5 more hours of work. It's so detailed, I am excited. I can find anything quickly.
5. Today I had a donor tell me that they will pay for a warehouse to build our sets for the Wizard of Oz. After 15 years we had lost our warehouse. This happened about 5 months ago.

Great news about the warehouse Richard!

1. Finished my next letter to the only creditor holding out - hope they accept my offer soon as I am exhausted.
2. Read an email from my solicitor that I was scared to open - not that bad (isn't it always the case).
3. Swam and talked to friends, which shifted the anxieties left over from the night.
4. Went to the e-waste collection at my local council - got rid of a modem and a computer battery - couldn't open the laptop casing to smash the hard drive so had to keep that for another time - but have someone who does that stuff easily and has offered to help this week. I am really enjoying getting rid of things at the moment.
5. Charged up the batteries for my new fantastic drill set. One drill driver and matching hammer drill, with snazzy silver case. Drawer in the bottom with drill bits, screw drivers, sockets etc. It is so cute. It also has a light on each drill and a separate light and a pouch for your belt. I love carrying the case around as it looks so professional. (my teacher in Shopfitting says it looks like a makeup case - too shiny and clean I guess).

onwards and upwards

1. By following a link Rebecca posted, I found 2 videos from Abraham-Hicks speaking specifically about my CMI... I felt like the videos were for me! Incredibly encouraging...

2. From the 2 videos, I was able to meet another woman who also has the same CMI as I do and we can now support each other along our journey

3. I was introduced to a lawyer who may be able to help me in clearing an injustice that I faced several years ago from a terrible encounter with a dentist. At the time, I was unable to afford a lawyer & suffered alot of pain & loss. Presently this lawyer may be able to help pro bono...

4. My 23 yr old daughter is now connected to Skype and to Facebook (as I requested) so we are able to communicate more often. We are very close, but she recently moved about 2 hrs away.

5. I received incredible encouragement from this SOGR board again as always!

Hi Devra,

Are you sure this is what you really want? To sue and focus your energies on that? The energies we cultivate and focus on is what we attract into our lives. Do you really want to fight? I am assuming this was not criminal but negligent.

If this was several years ago the only injustice is the energy that you have spent on this matter for several years. Why not practice forgiveness and move forward? What do you think you will gain that you don't already have now?

Just some thoughts to think about.

1. I went for my early morning Saturday swimming race in the sea of 1200 metres - a little nervous because there have been reports of stinging jellyfish around this week - but I came 8th, had a good aerobic workout and didn't meet a single stinging friend.
2. I attended an extraordinary board meeting of the swimming club at 8am. There is a push by some board members to hike up the fees by quite a lot. We do need to address future planning, but there are many people in the club who are of limited means. After a heated debate a small increase was passed - and I am very happy about that. The people pushing for the big increases tend to be very rich right now and in my view miss the bigger picture - the history of our club and the needs of all the members. The club is now in a very rich area - but it wasn't that way in 1914 when it was formed by a group of servicemen by renting a little shack from a farmer. I am particularly keen not to exclude elderly people who have contributed so much for many years, just because now they are retired and not earning big bickies. We have several regular swimmers in their 80's and even 90's.
3. Chatted to someone at breakfast in our club that I don't cross paths with much. So interesting to get to know what others are doing.
4. Starting to feel more positive than I have for quite a while - not sure why, but that doesn't matter - it's just great.
5. Very quiet at work today - so I get to post on the forum!

cheers
Pauline

1. An hour and a half at the gym, some strength training and 3 miles on the treadmill!

2. I finished building our firepit today!

3. I created a level area close to the fire pit where a large round table will be. Still need to buy some block to create a floor but I know what I want. By my mind I create my CMI's; By my actions I recieve them!

4. Spent some time working on my Master Personal Trainer Test. A little closer toward another CMI!

5. Soaked in the Spa with my wife, the hot jets on my stiff muscles felt great!

1. I went on the coffee run for work twice today and both times told a colleague not to worry about paying me - enjoyed the smiles on their faces.
2. I got a rejection letter for a casual counselling position - which I take as a sign from the universe.
3. Really enjoyed telling all my friends about the debt collectors accepting my offer - they have been so supportive and waiting for good news.
4. Got an email from my sister who is in India, offering sweets to Ganesh for both of us.
5. For the first time in over a year I feel safe and relaxed.

cheers

1. Found the most beautiful bunch of roses for my office - a peachy shade. Such a small thing makes a big difference.
2. My executive client gave me a website to promote my business - at www.linkedin.com, which she said is like a corporate facebook and very useful.
3. A new therapy client rang and made an appt. These are all referred from the one local doctor and are bulk billed, but provide some regular income that I get straight away through the government system and my trusty EFTPOS/Medicare terminal (I love that machine because it goes straight into my bank account).
4. I was allocated an extra shift for tomorrow - really focussing on filling up the bank account now.
5. I am about to have lunch with my previous executive client who has really gone well. He is happy and calm - when he first came he was distressed and volatile at work. I am going to ask him for some marketing tips since he is a marketing manager. Besides all that, I really like his company so I am looking forward to catching up.

cheers
