and mine for today are:

Awoke with a good feeling about life, direction and things that are on their way to us!

Started planning a new novel this morning - not rushing this time. I normally follow a blueprint for my writing, but often get so "competitive" that I rush into it and never complete it properly. After reading SOGR I've come to realise that rushing is a no no. So this morning, I gently eased into the blueprint and made a promise to keep going slowly if that's what the energy is calling for me to do.

Kept my cool calling BigPond about a faulty modem. During the conversation I realised how in the past, I've created so many bad experiences with this company. This realisation helped me remain reasonably calm - even after the call.

I sat in the library during my lunch break and listened to Bach, whilst writing out some lines of a new novel. Great experience because I listened to what I wanted and not the usual babble of the librarians  - and I achieved a lot.

The sun was warm in the afternoon and the breeze cool on my face and legs. I felt energised and superb! And during the afternoon at work, I reminded myself of my CMI, and regularly changed the desktop on my PC so that I can see the pictures of what I want. I felt great!

awesome Smile

Have a fabulous weekend all Wink

one manager made me laugh at work today

another helped me out with a jam with a customer

Roxie reminded me to remind myself of some of the stuff I want with props...like pics etc...

more forgiveness with hubby and hopefully soon to be ex hubby, but with fewer to no hard feelings if i can manage it

i got asked out to lunch by a guy...that's twice this week, so i know when i forgive and ditch the big guy, there is some interest. even if i am not up to another man, i have that feeling of being worthy of another man and that kinda floats my boat. (though my first reaction to any man is usally hostile. its kinda hard not to give them the middle finger or make a sarcastic remark just for asking. so there is some fun gender related and totally immature tension going on, but its interesting anyway.)

1. My pranic healing friends arrived from Melbourne to do a course this weekend which is in my suburb in Sydney - I am enjoying them so much and loving having company.
2. Had a great time sailing today and felt much more competent than usual.
3. I am doing a night shift on a full moon - usually chaos but very calm so far, with no nutty callers as yet.
4. Did my usual Saturday morning swimming race and chatted with my 83 year old swimming buddy, George, who is going in the World Masters in a few weeks time - a great inspiration.
5. Got allocated 2 extra shifts on a weekend which means a lot more money.

cheers

1. My first client today told me she had done a diploma in feng shui and my office was set out perfectly in a way that made her very comfortable.
2. I sent an email on the weekend and was dreading the response - but the response was a big thank you.
3. My colleagues at work said I looked beautiful and serene today (even though they thought this may be due to me being sick recently).
4. My friend bought me a great bag with funky cat cartoons on it.
5. I am going to a free talk tonight with my fellow arhatic yogis who have been staying with me - I've enjoyed their company so very much. The talk will be given by the visiting master who has been teaching a course my friends came to Sydney for. (I couldn't afford this course right now, but I'll still be able to soak in the energy tonight).

cheers
Pauline

The mornings feel cooler and walking the dog was very pleasant...(it's Texas...cool is wonderful!)

We had someone come fix our computer, internet, and make everything wireless, etc.

A friend and I met up for coffee, conversation, and a little shopping.

Had lots of great leftovers from family dinner last night, so no cooking so far.

Studied for my first college class test in thirteen years. I'm really excited to be in school again and this time just for fun.

Apart from great sleeps, big smile on my face EVERY DAY! and a general feeling that I'm in the flow...

  • My strata manager told me NOT to worry about my nasty neighbour ... to grin and bear her profanity and wall scratching for a little longer 'cause she's going soon ... now THAT makes me want to cha cha!

  • With the help of my son, we fixed our modem/wireless problem all by ourselves - with no anger! And now we are web people again. This time, it's going to be a GREAT experience!!

  • I have given further thought towards a business idea. I'm seeking out my intuition on this and I am beginning to sense when my radar points in the Right Direction, and when it points in the other. This is a very exciting journey, watching it unfold as the ideas fall gently on my lap Smile

  • I have found an awesome violin bow that I really really want - even though I giggle that I'm a novice at this instrument Big Grin

  • Our receptionist at work asked what type of biscuits I would like this week Smile So I told her and now I'm munching on my favourite - Lemon Crisp yum!

Have an awesome afternoon everybody !!

Roxie

3. I had the most beautiful coffee this morning and really enjoyed it.
4. I got a great parking spot this morning.
5. The sun is still shining and the air is clear with puffy white clouds crossing the sky.

I was just thinking about this as I have had the kind of day where good things stick out like a sore thumb

1. Had a great breakfast at Mcdonalds with my family

2. Won £2 on a scratch card

3. Went to a shoe shop with the wife not planning on buying anything, but came across 2 pairs of shoes that I liked, that were the only ones in my size in the whole basket for £2 for the 2 pairs

4. The weather today has been fantastic

5. I had the money to treat my wife when she couldn't decide which outfit she wanted to buy so I made sure that she could have both.

And there is still a few hours left for more wonderful things to happen. Smile

Hi everyone

I`m new to this site so here goes.

I posted a thank you letter this morning.

I had a lovely long walk in the park, making the most of the sunny weather.

I smiled and said hello to a complete stranger.

I shared my early evening meal with my 7 year old niece, and then we drew pictures.

I wished a friend happy birthday on facebook.

Great chilled-out day today. Bye for now.

1. I woke up feeling a sense of dread and it shifted when I went for a swim and had my coffee overlooking the sea.
2. A new client booked in for 2 November - every little bit helps.
3. I am doing an extra shift tonight so more money in the pay packet next week!
4. I had my car belatedly serviced yesterday - and now it runs very smoothly. Enjoying that.
5. I learned in my Feng Shui course about the benefits of cacti in your home. I bought the most beautiful cactus with many many little branches and it is also flowering. I have started propagating more of them by breaking off the branches and potting them. It is really a most respendent plant!

3. A friend I haven't seen for over a year rang up to arrange for us to have lunch tomorrow and catch up.
4. I just looked up my payslip and will get a large amount tomorrow from doing extra shifts. Yay!
5. My new cactus is popping out more and more bright orange flowers each day. It is stunning.
