I forgot to answer for myself.

1. I scheduled a date this evening with someone very nice.

2. I got up very late in the morning. About Noon. Feels great to able to sleep in.

3. I cooked myself a great lunch. It was soooo tasty.

4. Helped my friend increase his income by 400 dollars a month with a simple letter.

5. The day is not over so I'll be back later to answer this one.

Hi Richard,

Hope you enjoy your date!

1. I went to yoga and stretched my back.

2. I had coffee with an encouraging friend.

3. My Dad rang after doing research on financial options for me and how to avoid bankruptcy.

4. I fed the lorrikeets that come to my balcony with honey and watched them frolic in the bird bath I have out there for them.

5. I am about to set off for woodwork class, which I absolutely love.

cheers
Pauline

This looks like fun - and might in time prove as long a thread as the one on Gratitude.

1. Perhaps most important, I woke up (hence I'm typing this - as yet, it is still debatable whether disembodied spirits can operate a computer or other physical machinery - LOL)

2. My home wireless network works essentially like the details on the box said (currently, I'm sitting on my bed, typing on my laptop; thereby beginning to permanently re-write the old paradigm of having to sit at my desk with my computer). And it was a D-I-Y ("do-it-yourself") system which was up, running and secure within 10 minutes of opening the box.

3. I felt relaxed & refreshed, after putting away laundry, doing a little needlework, and cooking last night (a single guy's life can be interesting after all).

4. I have a very interesting engineering project that landed on my desk yesterday to begin in earnest - another opportunity to provide excellent service (by which I may earn money) and to derive satisfaction from my daily activities (some great advice I got from the teachings of Bob Proctor)

5. Having come as far as I have with the Science Of Being Well (Dr. Gayek's modernized version), I am an advocate of the "no-breakfast" plan, and I know that, no matter how hard I may drive myself until noon, I have energy and more to get me from here and now to there and then.

To once again quote a favorite line from the third volume of Wattles' series:

"Behold - it is all very good."

I finally got my client's medical claim submitted Phew!

I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with three colleagues during tea break

I got a deferment to my in camp training(we have national army reservist duties) due to a strained back in the most easiest way!

I had my first taste of mooncake Smile (its a sweet pastry filled with bean paste and yolk and shaped like a moon which we asians eat during a festival called mid autumn festival)

I enjoyed the train ride today during off peak

I read chapter 8 thinking in certain on the train ride. I felt re-energised Big Grin

there's more....well it's feel great

Blessings

Yesterday....

I had the whole morning to myself.

I found red dahlias half off to put on my porch.

It is incredibly hot which I love.

I didn't have to drive other kids to my son's golf practice giving me a whole extra hour to do what I want on my day off.

I started The Turn of the Screw by Henry James.

I am still in my jammies.

One of my sons figured out how to milk the new goat this morning.

I am getting on top of all the paperwork.

I am healthy enough to work out in an hour.

It's so quiet with all the kids at school. :-)

My husband helped me to clean the house and did a wonderful job.

My daughter took me out for a really fun rife on her jet ski.

One of our listeners on a radio segment that I do e-mailed the producer of the show and made a lovely comment about my segment.

Two good friends came by to visit, and my husband made them a fabulous Italian dessert from scratch called Zuppa Inglese, which consists of custard and cookies soaked in espresso.

I am reading all this cool stuff on SOGR, and really enjoying this particular thread. Thanks Richard.
