This Statement from our mutual friend Richard De Haven, trigger my following list of unwanted belief that I wanted to get rid off.

Just by writing the list produced and instant sense of well being, joy and liberation that I wanted to share it. So I called it I REFUSE TO BELIEVE.

I include the more generals but I have e more longer personal list. Just by writing them this way they disapeared like majic.

I encourage you all to write your own personal list and experience it by yourselves, here we go:

I REFUSE TO BELIEVE:

I refuse to believe that "I Know" what is going to happen tomorrow or that tomorrow is going to be something like yesterday. Instead I believe that "I don't know" anything about tomorrow. I don't even know if there is going to be any tomorrow.

I refuse to belive that GOD wants anything from me "other than BE the best that I can BE" and help others to Be the best they can.

I refuse to believe that there is anything impossible, just because I have an stubborn idea that "I know" what is possible or not possible so:

I refuse to believe that "I know" what is possible and accept my ignorance about it.

I refuse to believe that there is anything I can't do, just because I have an stubborn idea that "I know" everything about myself so:

I refuse to believe that "I know" everything about myself and I am willing to get to know a little bit everyday by facing the challenge.

I refuse to believe that I should stop pursuing something that I think is good for me, just because I have the stubborn idea that I don't deserve it and that "I know" how much value I have so:

I refuse to believe that "I know" how much value I have or that I have a price tag but I am willing to learn by experience how HIGH the Auction can Go.

I refuse to believe that something is too difficult, just because I have the stubborn idea that "I know" something I haven't learned yet to do it the right way.

And so can go with every belief we want to suspend about reality or conceptions of reality.

Hope you like it...

Thank you Richard for your inspiration.

Great list. Very inspiring. Possibly rewrite it with what you NOW believe?

Our subconscious mind will believe whatever we focus on, so don't want to focus too long on anything we want to get rid of... Only focus on what we want.

Hi Leslie:

I think is a good idea to rewrite it.

Somebody I don't remember said: It is not what yo don't know that holds you back but is what we already know (or think that we know) what get us in trouble or something like that...

It's a lot easier to focus in what we already know (or think that we know) and take it for holy truth.

But by doing the exercise and refusing to believe in them, we take away their power and that allow us to see the other part that probably we need to rewrite but that was impossible to see before refusing to believe in the holy truth.

Thanks for your insight Leslie
