i want to earn my drivers license, learn english grammar and maths, learn basic nutrition and how to work out so i can get into shape and im also trying to learn to cook but i dont have the time because im working about 13 hours a day including travel and sleeping six hours a day. so should i just take one goal and work at it or should i multi task? if i was rich i could spend all day doing the things i want which is mostly developing myself.

Hi Anatone,

Baby steps! You don't need to accomplish every task completly all at once. Try to organize your available time to study math for a half hour, study grammer for a half hour, study for your driver's license for a half hour, study nutrition for a half hour and make yourself a nutritious meal, study physical exercise and do some for a combined total of an hour, study SOGR for an hour, Smile etc., etc. If you are traveling a lot, think about investing in some audio tapes on the above subjects that you can listen to while in transit.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Pick the subjects that are the most important to you and that feel good to you and do those first...in case things come up to throw you off schedule (and they usually do for all of us during the day!). Smile

Be kind to yourself. Enjoy your learning and growing and don't put so much pressure on yourself to "get it all done!" Make it fun!

This is what I have found to be helpful for me when I am overwhelmed by everything I would like to accomplish.

Hope it helps.
