I've just been reading Alan Cohen's article in this issue of Rebecca's The Certain Way and it concerns me a little...

My CMI - the thing I hold dear to own is a home. We live in a nice rented house which, although small, provides for our needs and I'm grateful for that. It is, however, too small for our growing family and I sometimes find it hard to 'love the space' - or lack of it. My question is - to "earn" the thing that I hold dear (I do feel a particular connection to a house that has been on the market here for nearly 2 years)does my consciousness or feeling towards our current house need to be more positive? Like I said, I am grateful for it - it does provide us with shelter but not security and space - is it my attitude to our current home that is keeping our true home from us? What do you think?
