EASY Reference For The One Command CD

One of the things I believe is helpful is, sharing ideas to make manifesting, or understanding manifesting EASIER. I’ve listened again to the CD that came with the e-book version of ‘The One Command’ and below, I give reference points so that you can EASILY find certain information from it that you might want.

4:40 – 6:58: The Power Of Inner Peace And Calm. Here, Asara tells of being in ‘the dark night of the soul’ where she was feeling absolute despair in the midst of seemingly insurmountable problems, and then ‘getting’ a ‘One Command’ that ‘gave’ her a great feeling of inner peace and calm. She explains how, from this feeling, a solution ‘came to her’ and she easily (for the most part) resolved her difficulties and moved herself into great abundance and having what she wanted in all areas of her life.

7:00 – 9:40: She explains why this method works.

10:40: Explains the ‘mechanics’ of ‘The One Command.’ Explains how it’s good for anything and everything.

11:10 – 14:40: Explains the value of (even the ‘need’ for) the portion of ‘The One Command’ statement, “I don’t know how,…” Feeling or embodying the ‘beingness’ of “I don’t know how” apparently releases us from the grips of feeling-believing we need to or must be trying to work out the details for having whatever it is we want. When we’re gripped by the feeling-belief that we need to act and work out HOW we will have what we want, we invariably and inevitably FAIL because we CAN’T. How can you know HOW to have or be something you’ve never yet experienced yourself having or being? You can’t. And to try is to try from the basis of wherever you are now -- which is the place of not knowing -- and therefore, to fail.

We can only take physical action from what we already currently are and know. If what we currently are and know is not where what we want to be and know, we need a way to become greater – to become in alignment with the greater condition or the greater way of being. The “I don’t know how” portion of ‘The One Command” statements, when internalized (felt within our selves) allows or creates in us the opening to receive and become attuned to our greater self or the greater condition we desire.

15:15: At the level of your DNA explained.

23:03: Kathryn tells of her experience of ‘making the internal shift’ from fear-based thinking to ‘The One Command’ kind of thinking. Telltale signs that you’re ‘getting it’: Greater feeling of ‘ease in the body’. Feels ‘more natural.’ More feelings of ‘physical freedom.’ 24:16: A little ad results in her easily creating $75K in new business. 25:03: Got a car problem fixed for free.

31:00-41:38 Going through the 6 steps. Ground. Align. Go To Theta. Command. Expand. Receive.
41:40-42:30: The value of checking your feelings about what you want, before and after going through the steps.
42:30-49:25: Go through the 6 steps a 2nd time.
49:30: Answers the question: How often to do ‘The One Command’ process? Whenever you go forward you will ‘encounter’ new negative beliefs-feelings. ‘One Command’ these to transform them into new positive beliefs-feelings. Explains how this can be an EASY process, of de-emotionalizing negative beliefs, and establishing and emotionalizing new, empowering, expansive, energizing constructive beliefs. Here, they also share many wonderful examples of how you can know ‘before and after One Commanding’ when you’re getting the results you want.
1:02:04: Go through the process a 3rd time. This time while sitting down. A ‘quick’ modified version of the process, so that you have another way to utilize it, no matter where you are.

Thanks for posting this Phil. I recently obtained the MP3 and I have to say it is wonderful. And I found your synopsis very helpful as well. I have been in contact with one of Asara's assistants and she has informed me that the MP3 will be added as a separate purchase (without the e-book) in the near future - so anyone interested - keep you eyes open for that to appear soon on Asara's website.

One more note. I just noticed that the MP3 that came with the ebook is titled ‘6 Steps To Mastering The One Command’ and the CD is called ‘6 Steps To Greatness The One Command’ so they may not be the same.

But I’m thinking you might save a few bucks if you write them and tell them you’ve already bought the book but didn’t know about the CD at the time and now you’d like to get the CD and can you get a discount.

Also, by the way, I didn’t actually get the CD. I got the download link and downloaded the audio, with my ebook purchase of ‘The One Command’ book. Maybe they will sell you this download version of the CD, for less than the actual physical CD. And, if they will sell you the download by itself, you wouldn’t have to wait for mail delivery of the CD. Just a thought.
