I just read a gem from Dr Robert Anthony that I thought you would all like.

He says, "How we feel is what activates The Law of Attraction". In other words, if we feel that "things" are difficult, "things" will continue to be difficult.

Feel "good" and you will attract "good". Feel "bad" and you will attract "bad".

The Law of Attraction works to bring us whatever we are "feeling" - good or bad. Understand this and you are on your way.

Thanks again to Rebecca for directing me to Dr Anthony .

All the best

How true,

Yesterday I was sitting in my flat. The light was golden and dappled. I have just put a new birdbath and plants on my balcony and there were 10 parrots splashing around and singing and eating the honey I leave out for them. I also put several bunches of roses in my flat and some purple water lillies.

I was just immersed in this beauty and that made me feel good, relaxed and happy. I find this easier to do than trying to change my thoughts. Well, I guess my thoughts change of their own accord in this situation.

Who knows what good things are now coming my way!

That's a beautiful scene, Pauline. Now you can actually re create this anytime you choose, and I bet you will feel happy again for no particular reason. Just BEING happy Big Grin
