In the very short time I have been involved with SOGR, I have noticed little successes along the way. I just wanted to share them with you all!

• Finding two new businesses that I am passionate about.
• Money arriving in our bank account unexpectedly.
• Offers of work just when we needed a bit of extra cash.
• Our pay coming in on time (it never has happened before!), when I was expectant that that is what would happen! (actually, it was a bit early)
• Money arriving in our account just as I needed it to (from some work I did) to cover an automatic payment that was due.
• Ringing to ask for an extension on an overdue gas bill of $290, and finding that it was already paid!
• My daughter starting to change her thinking about her illness!!
• Becoming clear that separating from my husband is a new beginning for both of us, and that I will be fine (more than fine) on my own.

There's probably more, but that is a good start! And I'm noticing that my thinking is changing in little ways all the time. I almost feel as if I have a background script running these days when any `old stuff' creeps in - it's a bit like an automatic `cancel that' programme!!

Hey Jayne
Great post, you have much to celebrate!

I noticed you live in the Blue Mountains, what a beautiful part of the country.

May the successes continue to flow even faster in the new year.

Wow Jayne, what wonderful news! You are truly rich already! That your daughter has started to change her thinking about her illness is the most important thing that she can do for herself on her healing path. As Rebecca says, "The thought is the thing"...or was that Shakespeare?

Jayred,

Congratulations on your practical successes; they are anything but little. Smile

Jayne, I just want to say that you are a delight and an inspiration and it's really wonderful to watch your progression. Thank you for sharing this glorious unfolding with all of us. What a gift!

I could say that to SO MANY people here in this amazing forum that shines like the sun itself in the world of the internet. The support and caring and friendship and the way people here offer to help each of us hold our own visions for ourselves -- to see us at our best, as our Source/Spirit/God always sees us -- is fantastic.

So, thank you all!

I bless you.
I love you.
I appreciate you.
I'm sorry.
THANK YOU!

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!
Rebecca

Thank you all so much for such wonderful responses. This forum is really the place I come to for inspiration and support ... you all contribute so much ... hope, encouragement, wisdom, clarity, humour, getting up from `failures', successes, joy ... it truly is amazing to have such a place to share our journey's.

To Rebecca: Thank you so much, firstly for such lovely words, but especially for providing this space and continuing to teach and offer your clarity of thought and vision and interpretation. You are so right: we all here offer a guiding light I think, that shines like nowhere else on the internet!

Here's something that a friend sent me yesterday, and I think it captures part of the spirit of our forum:

Attitude

There once was a woman who woke up one morning,
looked in the mirror,
and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.

Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?"
So she did and she
Had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror
and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.
"H-M-M," she said,
"I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?"
So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head.

"Well," she said,
"today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail."
So she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.

"YEA!" she exclaimed,
"I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything.

Be kinder than necessary,
for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,

Love generously,

Care deeply,

Speak kindly.......

Leave the rest to God

With love

Jayne,
Your post made the effects of practicing the principles of the course really clear. I appreciate how you have stayed with this throughout all of the various events happening in your life at this time. It has been wondrous to witness your steadfastness and commitment and has helped deepen mine.

The story on Attitude was perfect!
Merry Christmas. Jazz
