Stress Test
As you probably know by now, how you think, whether it’s in ‘A Certain Way’ or not affects your level of stress. And this in turn affects what comes into, or stays in your life. Accurately determining one's stress levels is one way to measure how well you are manifesting the life and wealth you want. But is it possible to personally measure one’s level of stress? Here is a test that was given to me by a close friend. It was carefully designed by the current leading brain research scientists at the renowned Brain Research Institute in West Virginia and proves completely accurate and trustworthy. Don't be misled by its simplicity. - Phil Stress Test Identical Dolphins The attached picture was used in a case study on stress level at St. Mary's Hospital. Look at both dolphins jumping out of the water. The dolphins are identical. A closely monitored, scientific study of a group of 20 revealed that in spite of the fact that the dolphins are identical, a person under stress would find differences in the two dolphins. If there are many differences found between both dolphins, it means that the person is experiencing a great amount of stress. So, if you see too many differences between the two dolphins, you are advised to pack your bag, go home immediately and take a rest.
