Email yesterday for property taxes due (from a lender)

I am so grateful for the 2nd email from property manager saying had twice what need available for property taxes.

I am so happy and grateful that the 3rd email from a lender on another property saying they reduced the interest rate on my loan and thus monthly payment by over $1000!

I am so grateful for this work. It's working.

Your property manager pays your property taxes and you had enough in your fund to pay them. This never happens to the rest of us! I'd say you are doing something right.

I am grateful for much of my day in bed. I love this place.

I am grateful for the dog walk so I could feel the contrast of the cold air with my warm bed.

I am grateful for this goofy Joe Vitale tape that has this relaxing meditation and chant segments that I am sitting in bed listening too.

I am grateful for any cleansing or forgiveness ritual anyone has ever taught me.

I am grateful for space, freedom, peace of mind.

I am grateful for two new Honda Pilots, a finished attic, a big luxurious beachfront rental, new carpeting, independent city experiences with amazing skyline views and a supertyduper healthy size 6, hmmm maybe size 4 body to enjoy it all.

Thank you for my walk on the Appalacian trail this morning.

Thank you to the guy who showed me this section of the trail which just happens to be on the way home from the grocery store.

Thank you for all my Valentine's Day texts.

Thank you again for that AH placemat thing because my walk took so much time I am starting to feel stresed with lots left to do today.

Thank you for background music that eases the chores and makes them more pleasurable.

I am grateful that I could not find any typos in Rebecca's post about da money.

I am grateful that I was not even looking for them!

I am grateful that I read so many wonderful things on this forum this past week.

I am grateful that I have an old thought resurfacing; which is like, just think about what I want and forget about what is possible or reasonable because that is how stuff.

I am grateful that I was amazed and fascinated by a new machine thingie that I watched in passing. No it is definitely not a machine thingie that I would ever want to have or use or whatever. But what I liked about it. That people never cease to come up with new useful thingies and this one seemed to be appreciated by the workers because they were all standing around in awe. LOL bear with me folks I am getting to that point.
The point being. No way on earth could I ever have thought of this thingie. No way on earth am I ever going to think up all the hows that will get me my whats. And I am grateful that this thingie was created for its original purpose and used for the purpose of reminding me to focus on the what and not on the how.

Oh and all those other drivers did not see it because they were too busy being annoyed with the lowered speed limit because of road construction. I am grateful that the late Jim Rohn taught me that it is always better to be fascinated than to be frustrated.

I am grateful that dead folks can make me smile.

I am grateful that I am smiling at the thought maybe I should become an undertaker Big Grin

God bless you,

Caroline

I love funeral homes. I used to play in one when I was a kid. I am grateful for that memory. It was really cool.

Other than that I am grateful for my bed a hundred times over and Sherlock Holmes reruns and for a warm day to work in and for my seed starting supplies and for the wind that just started howling because I can listen to it before I fall asleep.

I am so grateful for the rainbow outside my window.

I am so grateful for this peaceful Saturday morning that I have all to myself - to read and write and dream.

I am so grateful for others' successes. I love that they lift me up, make me happy and build my confidence.

I am so grateful for a place to go on the internet that is so supportive. Where the people are compassionate and patient and encouraging and thinking and growing and appreciative - gentle with their words of wisdom and advice.

I am so grateful to be me.

I am grateful that I have learned to be grateful.

I am grateful that I have been writing this journal for years and I keep on finding new things to appreciate.

I am grateful that I could do another workout today and it was fiercer than the last one.

I am grateful that I noticed my trainer peaking at my online log - he did not post any comments which confirms that I am on the right track.

I am grateful that I have people who care so much that they will check up on me. Makes me feel real special Smile

God bless you,

Caroline

Annie,

I used to live in what was once a funeral home and now I live in what was once the Batesville casket factory....seeing a pattern here!
I am grateful for the spirits of those who still walk among us and contact me.
I am grateful that these types of places now become homes for those who walk the Earth.
I am grateful I find my way to these places!
