I am very grateful for my wonderful friends.

I am so very grateful for the abundance that continues to come into my life.
For the Day at Spirit Rock yesterday.
For the opportunity to get a Fran Fix on Saturday.
For the greatest opportunity of all.....sit on the babies while the kids go off on a date night.
For the Pastry School opportunity.
For the love and support of friends.
For the walk today in the beautiful Indian Valley.....pain free.
Think, Feel, Imagine, Intend it to be so...
and for this I am so very grateful.

I too am grateful for the forums and the support as i read throught the troubles of the people, everyone has had there fair share of dispair, disaster and i then Rebecca looked at it as it is in how we deal with it I can sit on my fat tushi and feel sorry for self as i have and loose everything I worked hard to create around me - my family , my home full of love and support and care and they just want to see me get better and my kids who dearly misas there mum who since my stroke at37 i have been trying to bring back. Yesterday i did all i could do in that day and I can tell you I over did it but it felt bloody Great and i listende 2 you in 60min of the tapes and i am taking time 1 hr every day for this and I WANT TO FEEL ALIVE AGAIN AND I AM THANKFUL I STUMBLED ACROSS YOU IN MY GOGLE SEARCH THAT DAY.
i FEEL FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS THAT I CAN START TO TRUST PEOPLE AGAIN AND THAT WAS MY BIGGEST FEAR SINCE I WAS WORK BULLIED TO CAUSE THE STROKE , I CANNOT THANK-YOU SO MUCH AGAIN.

I am grateful that the job opportunity gave me great insights into what I really want.

I am grateful for a week in Colorado where my wife and I visited my Mother, Brother his and family and Sister and her family!

I am grateful for two days spent on projects around my Mother's home!
