I am grateful that smiles always make you feel better and you can actually send them into the world sitting behind your computer keyboard Smile

I am grateful that there is abundance all around us.

I am grateful that I have come back to Certain Way actions.

I am grateful that my home is my castle.

I am grateful that I am healthy.

I am grateful that I sold 9 works of art last night to benefit the Rio Grande Headwaters Land Trust.

For the fun friends and good wine and excellent appetizers at the show.

For time today to notice and savor it.

For a quick manicure yesterday and light coral colored nails.

Today I am abundantly grateful for the life that I have.
For the Luau that was overloaded with the best of food and friends.
For my 6th year celebration.
For my choices and the ability to make them.
For the grandbabies that make my heart sing...what's not to like being called "Glammy"
For the gentle afternoon.
For the new meditation class that I am starting.
For the mentors that have showed me how.
For the Aqua class that I now belong to.
For the Qigong class that I now belong to.
For the opportunity to be present each day...with love, laughter, tears, compassion, peace, joy, FREEDOM!!!!
Think, Feel, Imagine....Intend it to be so!
Have a lovely week ya all! Wink
With Gratitude,
Sharon

I am grateful for a three week road trip that my wife and I took to visit 50 family members in Colorado, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota! This had been a CMI of mine, to spend more time with family. Along with us were my mother who we picked up in Colorado and a my sister who we picked up in Ohio. My mother is 91 years old and lives by herself on a 5 acre peach orchard, her sister at 90 years old lives by herself on a 120 acre farm in Minnesota! A brother lives on 80 acres on a lake and another lives on a 17 acre penninsula with lake views from 3 sides of his home.

I am grateful that we will be flying to Wisconsin to visit our son and family in October!

I am grateful that we will be flying to Cancun, Mexico in January to spend a week with our sun and family!

I am grateful that we will be flying to Japan next May to visit my wifes family and touring Japan with our son and family!

I am grateful that we will be spending time with our daughter and family here in Califorina! We are planning several ski trips to the local mountains as well as a week skiing in Colorado!

I am grateful for life!

I am grateful for the richness of my life. I have been able to enjoy several of my CMI's in the past few months. Amazing! I am grateful for the Northern California climate this time of year....the beauty is breath taking. I am grateful for the day of music and dance that I was able to enjoy with a friend and other who had the same kind of day in mind. Along with a great BBQ. I am grateful that I am fully present to enjoy my life. What a BLESSING!

Hi Tom Strong

its great that you are sharing your reasons for gratitude. But you should use the present tense when you say 'I will be flying' and 'I will be spending time' because it suggests that you will not be grateful until these things are happening!

Remember Wattles says 'in the mental realm live these things as if you are enjoying them now!'

There is no past or future only an illusion which is used by your Ego mind to show its in control!

I realise that we all want to live in the present, and I do! I am grateful for everything that is happening to me now - and in the future! For me I find that things such as a trip are best if I plan for them, if I make reservations for travel, lodging and if I have an itinery for what I would like to see or do while there! I enjoy the planning of the trip, the execution of the trip and the rememberance of the trip. Therefore I am grateful a number of times for the same trip!!!

I hope that this clarifies my use of the future tense or past tense sometimes instead of strictly the now!

I am grateful for EVERY TOMATO that I am able to savor...yup, I had one in my quinoa for breakfast! For the beauftiful family that I have....the ones related by blood and the ones related by the sunlight of the spirit. For the growing, for the sand that has been removed from my eyes. For all of the support that I get on a daily basis. For my bathroom mirror which holds my affirmations and my CMI! FOR FREEDOM.

I am grateful that I live in a wealthy country with a fine and most democratic government.

I am grateful that my government does all the governmental things for me so I do not have to bother myself with, at this time, highly unfascinating details Wink

I am grateful for my sense of humour

I am grateful for the new day that God just gave me

I am grateful for the smile which sends my fingers racing over the keyboard. Gratitude does come easy with a bit of focus Big Grin

I am grateful for everything that I have and for everything that is coming to me!

I am grateful for the 4 mile walk that I took at 6 this morning! I am grateful for the crunches and leg raises that I enjoyed afterwards!

I am grateful for the dirt that I moved this morning in my back yard!

I am grateful for a nice shower that I enjoyed and the fruit that I had for breakfast!

I am grateful for a realization that "hit" me this week, regarding what might be considered an unwholesome condition in my otherwise comfortable living environment.

The realization is best expressed by the words of Wallace Wattles from another of his books:

"All the experiences of life are designed by providence to force men and women into self-activity - to compel them to cease being creatures of circumstance and master their environment."

Not only have I begun taking definite action towards something bigger and better, but there are physical signs appearing that bigger and better things are indeed on their way.

Just as an example, the company where I work received (some would say finally) a cheque for engineering work performed and delivered earlier this year. I will receive my portion on Monday. How much is on the cheque is not as important as the awareness (emphasized by the Certain Way article of June 2008), that, so long as I maintain or intensify this "good vibration", I can expect and experience even more good stuff (financial and otherwise) - and this has already been a great 9-month period so far.

And I know (intellectually), that by living in the Certain Way, the last three months can be even better in all respects than the first nine - and a mighty launching pad for a magnificent 2009.

All I probably need to do is FEEL that it will be so.

So, here's to a "quantum leap" finish to 2008 - and even greater things beyond.

"Behold - it is all very good."

I am grateful

I am grateful for my early morning run, in our beautiful country park.
For the birds that sing for the new day,for the deer that shyly watch me from behind the pine trees.
For the highland coo's that I am sure smile at me as I go bye. Thank you I'm truly grateful Big Grin.

It takes considerable thought, for one to reach
ones full potential. Mazo xx
