I am grateful that it is Thursday the 13th of December 2007. In all of my life, there is only going to be ONE Thursday just as this one and it is just perfect. I am grateful that I am exactly where I want to be.

I could make a long list about the different reasons of my gratefulness, but above all I am greatful (that I am grateful)that I get every day joy and energy to cope with my daily duties when taking care of my very ill husband. Earlier I did not believe that I could take this all. I am really very grateful.

I am grateful for a great day Chrismas shopping in San Diego yesterday! We went to my wife's favorite jeweler and she selected a beautiful pair of ear rings for her gift from me. I don't wear jewelery myself but do enjoy buying for her! We also bought some plants to replace some old plants on our plant shelves.

I am grateful for a great Vegan lunch at the Cheesecake Factory.

I am grateful for the fantastic job that the painters did in the lower level of our home. We are almost complete with putting the furniture and art back that we want to put back. We still have a pile of stuff that we will need to get rid of.

I am grateful that the colors of paint that I selected make the art that we have look better than before!

I am grateful that we rearranged the furniture in a more livable and attractive style, I am grateful for a couple of new pieces of furniture that we bought.

I am grateful that we are creating the home of our CMI.

I am grateful to wake up in the morning with a smile on my face and an open, grateful heart. A short while ago, I use to hurt all over as soon as my eyes would open.

I am grateful that I am becoming more aware, and being so, things are starting to change. My health has improved, people are so sweet all around me, I am much more positive more often.

I use to think that when people at work forgot things, they did it either on purpose or because they did not care and wanted others to do it for them. Today, I see this as a fun opportunity for me to talk to someone outside my office and I get such great response. I am even starting to love my job and I hated it for years!

I don't need to get upset if things go wrong or people get rude. I give myself more space and understanding, more love and I even laugh about it.

I am grateful to be conscious that as of now I haven't been completely responsible for what happens in my life, and grateful that I am growing in that direction.

I am grateful for a quiet day at the shop! We bought pizza for our employees and sat around enjoying each others company! We let everyone off early to get started on a 4 day Holiday weekend!
