Today I am grateful for this site.
For the quiet of the morning.
For the hot shower that is there for the asking.
For the friend that I have a date with this morning.
For the wonderful healthy breakfast.
For the beautifully abundant land that I live in.
For the granddaughter whose picture makes me smile every morning.....and the ears that enable me to hear that lilting little voice that makes my heart happy.
For the son that welcomes me gladly into his life.
For the opportunity to speak with a friend about my dream.
For the vision board that I have AND can change as my CMI becomes clearer as I walk through this awesome program of THE SOGR.
Today I am grateful that I am.

I am grateful that I am launching a new website and have hired someone else to put it all together. This is so easy, and fun, I know I must be doing something right
Today I am grateful for my strong legs who carry me wherever I wish to go.
I am grateful for my health and all those fully automated repair and maintenance system that came with this body.
I am grateful that it is Wednesday.
I am grateful that God loves me so much.
I am grateful that I could leave my coat at home today.
I am grateful that I put two new plants in their own containers, nice herbs to brighten up the look from my kitchen window, as well as the dishes on the table. I am grateful that God invented parsley and made it so perfectly. It is nice to chew on and healthy too.
I am grateful that everything is getting better and better and each day I find more things to be grateful for.

I am graateful that I have been so busy taking care of customers that I hadn't had a chance to post to these forums.

I am grateful for my wife's extremely fast hands!

I am grateful that I have the abiltiy to figure out how to get things done effeciently.

I am grateful that I will be able to get 8 hours of sleep tonight!!

I have been stuck at this stage of the Practical Genius course and have been taking my time to really solidify this part of the course. It seem this part is the catalyst of moving forward. To be in a constant state of gratitude.

A couple of tips that have helped me focus on this-I wear a watch to alerts me with two beeps every hour-Two beeps = THANK YOU!! I take at least two minutes to focus on what I a grateful for each time I hear these beeps.

The other is positive affirmations loaded into the memo portion of my cell phone. When I hear the beeps, I pull out my cell phone and read these. Also these are the last thing I read before going to sleep at night. I sleep with my phone beside the bed and when I lay down, I pick up the cell phone and read these affirmations.

I am truly grateful for this forum.
I am truly grateful for technology that assists me with hourly reminders and access at my fingertips.

I am grateful for a loving family including the SOGR family

I am grateful for my daughter who will be graduation high school next week. Memorial Day weekend.

I am grateful to be able to work inside and outside to prepare for this event!!

today i am grateful that I was able to provide service to one of my clients today, and I'm grateful that she gave me 2 referrals.

I am grateful that I have a beautiful, and wonderful girlfriend who prepares meals for me, almost everyday, and is so very loving towards me.

I am grateful for manifesting two clean cars this morning. By my thoughts I created them and by my action along with some soap & water I received them.

I am grateful for a beautiful yard to work in.

I am grateful for a nice trip to a great nursery.

I am grateful for a vegan stromboli at a pizza shop this evening.

I am grateful for a busy day at the shop yesterday.

So many great things of late .. so much to be grateful for. When someone wants to give to me I say Thank You willingly. No longer, "Oh you shouldn't have" but now a resounding Thank You So Much!!
