I am greatful for a customer who was complaining about some items in the news that I wasn't aware of.

I am greatful to find out that he is developing a program to teach youth positive thinking.

I am greatful that we will have future conversations where I can help him to develop thinking along SOGR lines.

I am grateful that I accepted the delay that was caused by the traffic jam. Yes it WAS hot and I was grateful that I had brought a bottle of water. Yes it took a LONG time and I was grateful that I remembered to count my blessings. At least it was not me who was involved in a traffic accident which seemed to be the cause, as two or three tow trucks were passing us by.

I am grateful that I miraculously received my refund which came easy and without effort (and even an extra drink of water!)

I am grateful that the car was mine in abundance, I could easily extend the rental period as there were no other renters who had booked the car after me.

I am grateful for the one item I forgot to buy. I copied my list to sort the food from the non food and God made sure one item was left behind. I bought cheese and I bought sandwiches. HE was smart enough to know I had no longer need for any box of frozen cheese sandwiches

I am grateful for the rice which was not on my list and which my eyes just "happened" to land upon.

Yesterday I met a stranger, today this stranger is my friend. Had I not taken the time to say "hello" or return a smile, or shake a hand, or listen, I would not have known this person. Yesterday would have turned into today and our chance of meeting would be gone.

Yesterday I hugged someone very dear to me. Today they are gone.and tomorrow will not bring them back. Wouldn't it be nice if we all knew tomorrow we would all be here? But this is not to be, so take the time today to give a hug, a smile and "I Care".

Just for today, smile at a stranger; listen to someone's heart; drop a coin where a child can find it, learn something new then teach it to someone, tell someone you're thinking of them, hug a loved one, don't hold a grudge, don't be afraid to say "I'm sorry"; take a breath and smell the wind, use all your senses to the fullest.

Cherish all your todays.
