You want to – more and more readily, more and more easily – experience what a part of you already knows is true; which is, that you really are in control of your life and that you ARE the one who determines what it is like and what it will be like in the days, weeks, months and years to come. You may have heard, “Our most natural state of being is that of utter happiness and well being.” A part of you seems to already know this. Yet, your day-to-day experience seems to refute this. Your daily experience seems to be telling you that there is and will always be some element of struggle and pain, and that the best you can hope for is to have less of it on some days than others. Still, no matter how much you may struggle or suffer, there is still that ‘still small voice’ within you that keeps telling you: Your life was meant to be joyful, happy and wonderful. Life IS meant to be experienced joyfully, happily and wonderfully. But if this is so, what is it that keeps us from experiencing this, everyday, in ABUNDANCE? Simply, we have unwittingly accepted a thousand limiting negative pictures and beliefs of life, ourselves, others and of what is possible. That’s all. That’s all that’s keeping us from experiencing life as it was meant to be experienced: joyfully, delightfully, happily, peacefully, wonderfully. Do you want a very, very EASY way to know when you are experiencing a negative LIMITING BELIEF? It’s easy. Just NOTICE how you are FEELING. Whenever you are feeling anything less than wonderful, happy, loving, peaceful, confident, delighted, safe and blessed, it’s because you are viewing some aspect of yourself or life through some erroneous limiting idea, picture or belief. Can you GRASP this? The thing that is and has been ‘keeping you down’ is a NON-thing. It is merely a THOUGHT; an intangible reality that only gets perpetuated by YOU. (Certainly, neither I or anyone else can FORCE you to perpetuate any thought.) Right now, in this very moment, do you feel any tension, stress, unease, tiredness or discomfort? Guess what? It is only your manifefestation of a poor thought. When did you first accept this limiting thought? Was it yesterday, or 10, 20 or 30 yeara ago? It doesn’t matter. Right now, you could consciously begin to release it. What can you do to RELEASE these thoughts? Just NOTICE and become AWARE of how you’re feeling. When you are really AWARE of how you’re feeling less than wonderful,.,. just notice it,… be aware of it,… and then just LET IT GO. (Notice also, you needn’t judge any of it. No need to judge.) Say: “I notice I am feeling ______. I let it go. I let it go.” (Take a relaxed, calming breath.) Then, claim your birthright. Affirm, “I am happy, peaceful and free.” Or: I am loving. I am safe. I am wonderful. I am blessed. I am loved. I was meant to feel wonderful, and I accept this. I was meant to HAVE what is wonderful, and I accept this. I love good feelings. I take care of my good feelings. I nurture good feelings in me. As I nurture good feelings in me, my life responds accordingly. I LOVE feeling good, and I love what my good feelings bring into my life. I welcome the good that my good feelings manifest in my life. Be aware. Notice. Be aware. Let go. Affirm and imagine something that FEELS better, even wonderful. The rest (inspiration, action, manifestation) will fall into place. Are you having trouble imagining something better? Then imagine this: You have a networth of millions. You are in excellent shape. You are very healthy. You have plenty of energy, physical strength, endurance and agility. You feel wonderful in your body. You love the way you look, feel and move. You love being in your body. You love your physical self. You are a great thinker. You are an inspired, uplifting, energizing, inspirational thinker. You feel wonderful, terrific feelings every day, throughout your days. You feel wonderfully peaceful and blessed and delighted and excited about your life and its possibilities and what is and what’s to come. Everyday 7ou feel wonderful feelings of confidence and wonderful well being. You feel very happy. You feel a lot of love. You feel very loved and loving. You have incredible, wonderful friendships. You’ve gotten to experience countless wonderful experiences with your friends, and because of your friends or who has befriended you. You often easily make large sums of money because of the wonderful things that transpire through who and what you’ve come to know. Your friendships have helped you grow wiser, more skillful and confident, in wonderful, fulfilling, joyful ways. They’ve also helped you realize, nurture, develop and make wonderful use of skills and talents that you didn’t even know you had. You own and/or have free use of every wonderful material thing that helps you feel blessed, fortunate, delighted, capable, confident, worthy, deserving and free. With your permission I am going to copy and paste this post into my inspiration/motivation word file for those rare occasions when I have the sense to realise I'm not experiencing life in all its glory. I have faith that these words will clear the litter in my mind and show me that all the resources I need to live and love abundantly are within.
