Wow, I think this is one of the first videos I watched that you did, it definitely left an impression then, and still does now.

So true, unless the conscious and subconscious mind are in agreement, it ain't happenin'.

My dysfunctional family programming ran me for years. Today, I run me thanks to SOGR, EFT, One Command, and whatever it takes to reprogram-my conscious and subconscious mind are usually in agreement.

I honestly never knew what it was to relax unless I was high as a kite prior to doing these things, because I lived in a constant state of FEAR. Knowing how to relax was so foreign to me! What a gift it is to KNOW how to relax and allow the greatness that is Who We Really Are to come forth!

What is so true is that unless you are willing 100% to do whatever it takes, one cannot be helped. This is the question I always ask, whether it's to help another addict or to help someone make $$ in SOGR.
